I have never had the experience I had inside Starbucks that I had today. I really felt unwelcome. . Amber refuse to give me. Boba straw. Even after I offered to pay for it. Amber refused to give sell it to me.

I come here all the way from where I live and pass a different Starbucks just because the one by me is horrible. This Starbucks makes my drinks great all the time depending on the person at the window. Sometimes they don’t have the best attitude, but I can tell you, your drinks are always gonna taste right they’re always gonna be made right and all the food is fresh and great quality.

"Christina, the very tall girl made my drink. As I was leaving, I noticed how awful my drink tasted so I went back to inform her. However, she became angry and refused to call the manager. Instead, she insisted that she could remake the drink. I declined her offer and requested that someone else make it for me. She became even more argumentative, but I remained calm and told her that she didn't need to be argumentative with me. Suddenly, in her anger, she through cup she was holding on the floor and stormed off to the back. Fortunately, an older lady stepped forward and remade my drink. It was great, but my experience at this place was disappointing."

I had a large order on a busy time of day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. The only complaint I have is they never give receipts, I paid cash and needed this. Had to make a trip back to get it, and then the same friendly guy, didn't seem so friendly.

(this was inside the Starbucks at the target in Tulsa Hills) I asked if they had a certain item and the cashier (Her name was Karma) gave an attitude for no reason ): I was being nice and I asked politely and she came at me with "so what do you want??" After that I panicked and just ordered my drinks, and they got the first one right but the second one was set down and didn't look like mine, and the barista didn't bother calling out a name, so I asked "hey is this one mine?" And I didn't even get acknowledged. I have really bad anxiety so I just grabbed it and left, but man am I disappointed. Normally I have really great experiences with Starbucks (like the standalone one down by 81st Street) ? super mega disappointed to say the least. I don't even know what I did wrong. Safe to say I will only ever order online now.

Staff here is excellent, well trained and professional. The service is fairly quick, orders are seldom incorrect. The drive through does get congested during lunch and afternoon peak business hours. The lobby is smallish but very comfortable seating and designer furniture have been added.
