Went in at lunchtime.. I said hello to the woman that was behind the counter and she did not even acknowledge me. She started moving bread around and after 5 minutes of me standing there being completely ignored, I said hello again. She slowly looked up at me, and shook her head, says to me Hold on, I’ll be right with you. Couple more minutes go by. She then finally gets her shit together and starts making a sandwich. Okay, cool. They were out of stock of all sorts of stuff. No lettuce, no spinach, no regular or medium cups. Fine, I got a large drink, no big deal.
Over all, it just seems like the employees have a tough time keeping up with the place. And an attitude adjustment. Maybe more training would be helpful?

The lunch employees are unprofessional and rude…it shouldn’t take 10 business days to slap turkey on my bread. I had a coupon so oh well…I wouldn’t go here. The one on 61st and memorial had a lot better service

Definitely need to either train, have a discussion with or fire the guy that works nights that wears a diamond chain and a gold watch. This guy has made my order twice and both times the customer service is horrible. It’s clear that this guy doesn’t want to work here and he makes it VERY obvious. Ordered a footlong and got the amount of lettuce for a kids meal so of course I asked for more and the “more” was probably only enough for a 6 inch at best. I’ve never had problems at any other stores with pricing but was originally charged $5 more than normal so I explained it should be cheaper and he was clearly unhappy with that. I’m sure the guy who made my sandwich will see this so my words to you specifically are to show up to your job and do it how it’s supposed to be done without attitude or find something that doesn’t involve being around people.

Worst Subway I've ever tried to order from! Tried to order sandwiches from this place but they we're out of bread, super rude, lazy people. Get it together, you make food, how hard can it be? Super disappointed, I cancelled my order and it took my points. If you like disappointment then this is your place

App has no ability to cancel orders and staff is unwilling to help. This location has always been pretty bad. I recommend hitting up a Jersey Mikes
A good subway in this area of Tulsa; general staff was friendly and quick, only issue was that the manager of this location was rude and unable to understand the concept of a digital gift card for his own franchise.

I would put a zero star, blonde women named Summer the “manager”was rude and unprofessional when taking my order so I decided not to purchase anything.I highly recommend staying away from this store particularly. I really hope someone higher can do something about it unless they really want to keep loosing customers as per other reviews here as well and all because of her

Customer Service needs major work. To the red head lady up front making sandwiches today. Yes you greeted me when I made it all the way up to the counter not a moment sooner, due to the fact that you were busy with your own sidebar conversation. Immediately After that half dead greeting should have come 'I will be with you in a moment' but no it didn't you kept up your conversation with the young lady in back with braided hair taking out trash. And when I walked out you had the absolute nerve to say In Front of Other Guest ' I was about to help you, you don't have to be so impatient'
If not for the fact that I was on my way elsewhere NOT IN A RUSH I would have made a whole scene and hurt your feelings, I am attempting to become a changed woman and stay out of confinement.... You are disrespectful, along with your attitude and appearance you should not be able to work with food or customers.
Eat fresh and keep your damn mouth Closed with the unnecessary remarks.
Blaring loud worship music. not a welcoming or inviting environment for that reason alone, staff seems nice. Also they never have Italian herb and cheese bread ready

Lovely lady with blonde hair decided to make racist remarks when a nice gentleman with DoorDash came in. Disgusting, wont be eating here again. He speaker perfect English and she said you have to be able to read and write English to work. Sad seeing another person of color agree with her. Disgusting remarks.

I love coming to this establishment friendly customer service clean establishment I always come in a few times a week to get my usual custom sandwich and the employees and the manager Teresa are outstanding. Overall amazing staff and managers .

The food, that was available, was good. The lady acted like I was stupid for asking a question about the chicken and had an overall attitude like she was mad to be there. They were out of half of their ingredients and didn't seem to care or be sorry about it. I would travel a little farther down the road for a better experience.
The people working on 3/2/24 are the worst I’ve ever seen in food service. They complain about making the sandwiches, they complained for at least 5 minutes about having to make an app order before knowing it was mine. Then on my way out they say “they made everyone wait in line for THAT” worst service I’ve ever had anywhere let alone a Subway. I’ll never return to this location.

Walked in and was not greeted. A lady named Teresa was so rude, didn’t acknowledge me. Was very short and on her phone. I will never come back to this restaurant and you can thank your manager Teresa!
