The food, that was available, was good. The lady acted like I was stupid for asking a question about the chicken and had an overall attitude like she was mad to be there. They were out of half of their ingredients and didn't seem to care or be sorry about it. I would travel a little farther down the road for a better experience.

The people working on 3/2/24 are the worst I’ve ever seen in food service. They complain about making the sandwiches, they complained for at least 5 minutes about having to make an app order before knowing it was mine. Then on my way out they say “they made everyone wait in line for THAT” worst service I’ve ever had anywhere let alone a Subway. I’ll never return to this location.

Walked in and was not greeted. A lady named Teresa was so rude, didn’t acknowledge me. Was very short and on her phone. I will never come back to this restaurant and you can thank your manager Teresa!

I came in at 8pm to grab a salad. I’m sadden by the employee who waited on me. As I came in she or he very disgruntled told me by law she had to tell me there had been water leaking all day on top of her cold cabinet. The lid was down it wasn’t effecting the food. She stated the shouldn’t have been open. I ask for the turkey bacon. She was acting mad and throwing the salad in the bowl. I ask her if I needed to go somewhere else. She said no and proceeded to get bacon from the oven and then told me oh hey we only have 2 pieces of turkey left. I said ok. I walked towards the cash register counting out 10.00. She then says. No cash only card. I said that’s all I have. Well I have no change she said. And she said I have no ones. I told her she did now as I paid with a 5 and 5 ones. I walked out. I won’t be back if she’s the help.

Food was good. The guy that handed me my food was nice. The manager(black shirt) seemed like she hated life. She was vaping inside the store, blew her vape smoke at me when I was at the register and decided to leave because they were "dead". She had a "I hate my job" kind of attitude.

Couldn't imagine how the service is in store, I just called to ask a simple question and the associate seemed as if I was ruining their day. I ordered Subway through DoorDash and the Dasher stole my order. I contacted DoorDash and they told me to contact the store to get a refund I just called to ask to speak to the manager and the associate kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk telling me that the manager would be there on Monday. Very rude I would never step foot in this establishment. If they can't handle phone calls, I highly doubt that their food is up to code.

These lovely people were so nice. Made my sandwich with care and I was actually able to use the coupon I got sent in the mail. I live closer to the 11th Street location but I will absolutely drive all the way over here to give them my business instead.

I would have given service 5 stars, but the guy coughing into his glove killed it for me. Sorry, but if I were the owner of the store, I'd give him the boot. One would think after the hell we call went through with COVID, people would know better!!

I ordered a tuna sub from this location online because they had a special $5.99 for a footlong I order my tuna sub pay for it the order goes through it takes me a few minutes to get to this particular store and when I get there I tell them I have an online order and the first lady says oh she's making it now and when I walk up there she says we don't have tuna what else you want and as I explained I don't want anything else I want my money back and I like it says well you've got to do that yourself online piss poor employees and piss poor management

Ashante was the sweetest, her smile made the place so inviting and the two ladies who made my amazing salad and foot long were very friendly. Kudos to this subway location. Loved it!

Best subway location in Tulsa. Period. Fresh bread/food, nice decorations/atmosphere. 2 friendly ladies greeting me at 10:30am on Saturday morning (05/27/2023).Only location I'll go to from now on.

They left a 17 year old in charge alone and they ran out of chicken when I made an online order. When I came to pick it up they told me they didn't have chicken but I could replace it with steak and I said no, then they told me they can't give me a refund and that I would have to talk to their boss who isn't there. So I got no sandwich and no refund, safe to say I will never be coming back here again and I will be complaining to corporate.

I left a review 1 week ago and again I'm going to have to leave another review. Was too busy flirting with the guy in the back to even put meatballs in the microwave and is putting her forearms all over the bread didnt even wash her hands. I worked for subway for 3 years. Its a easy jobThe black girl with long braids(which should be pulled back according to the oklahoma health department) bad attitude and bad employee. Absolutely disgusted about how downhill this store has gone
