Food was good, as always. Staff was friendly as usual, too. All of the in- store menu prices don't match the app prices and the staff wasn't able to do anything about it. So watch what you pay for.

It's not often that I feel the need to take time to go leave a negative review after a bad experience at a restaurant... But here I am. The sandwich was edible I guess. After I opened up my sandwich to actually spread the ingredients from end to end because the employee made sure to just pile everything in the middle even after I asked for it to be spread out a little. The lack of care and general respect for the customer was very apparent. And it wasn't due to a bad attitude from me, I was actually pretty nice to the guy. But the worst part was when I went to use the bathroom. The women's was closed so I went to the mens and honestly wish I would've just held it even longer. The toilet seat was covered in urine and public hairs. The trashcan was smeared with a considerable amount of feces. The sink was coated with a layer of muddy dirt. And the soap and paper towel dispenser had a layer of greasy grime that made me not want to even touch it. Terrible experience. It would be well worth it to go a few extra miles to avoid this location and go eat anywhere else.

Clothes before closing time, Y'all shouldn't be closing your doors and locking them until 10:00 p.m. and then do your after closing duties. Dude was just standing there on his phone texting or scrolling through Facebook with the door locked

They tried but neither were trained well and my sandwhich was absolutely horrible quality after not ringing it up right multiple times I just paid and gave up. It was hard to eat the sandwhich. I normally am not picky either lol. Theh just really need someone with expirerence

Often busy staff is usually really good, one of the few places with the subway pizza and they have veggie patties which is rare Dining area is small so I prefer take out
The employee was very nice and helpful. The food was fresh and tasted really good. The bathroom soap dispenser needs fixed to be able to put the soap in it instead of on the sink. Other than that is was a good experience.

Them guy's up at Subway on admiral between memorial and Sheridan...their awesome.. Great conversation while making My sandwich which was delicious... didn't get their name's wish I did...they deserve a raise for the Way they treated us...been there before with the same service.. definitely going back.. Just for the service I got.. keep it up guy's..?

The worker never and I mean never acknowledged me when I entered the store. The food was great because thank goodness you are picking what you want bread, toasting it and all. I ignored the poor service because it's probably hard to even get a few good workers for the pay. Outside looked really dingy plus there was homeless people sitting around with dogs and baskets of junk as usual. I really wanted to talk with the manager but looking at the overall situation nevermind.
