Terrible customer service rude manager/owner not willing to satisfy customer by making sandwich the way customer likes. It’s bad enough that they don’t take coupons, but you can’t Extra vegetables, then the staff lies to you and tries to charge you for an ultimate which means double meat and double cheese. Only recommended if you’re starving to death and Quiktrip is closed you’re better off getting a hotdog. Only thing in that store is the cookies your name I have I will never eat another Subway sandwich from them ever again I would rather die of starvation.

DURING THE STORM WEEK WE HAD NO POWER FOR 7 DAYS, this was the only Subway open to the public in my area. I tried using a coupon to save money since WE HAD NO POWER, FOOD OR DRINK THAT WEEK.They denied my coupon and said they did not have to accept it. Stated they were not a Subway franchise even though they are Subway.99% of Tulsans helped Tulsans this week.....SUBWAY HELPED NOBODY!

Sitting her 7:45 and the store is close. The signs on the door for hours of operation state it closes at 9. The workers are just staring at the crowd of people at their door. Really strange.

We got charged $17 for a foot long sub, some chips, and a bottle of water. After asking her “is this correct?” She said yes. After paying, she seriously looked over our receipt before handing over our food. That’s pretty rude to be honest. I’m so frustrated paying $17 for that, knowing that it was wrong, but she wouldn’t fix it.
