Should’ve looked at the reviews before placing my pick up order. The ticket literally says what is supposed to go on the sandwich and I was missing multiple things along with that I received cucumbers that were slimy and inedible on my sandwich—very disappointed and disgusted.

Bre the incompetent one behind the counter grabbed her phone and was digging in her pockets with her gloves on she was using to make my sandwich did not change gloves you couldn’t hear anything she was saying asked her to speak up and just stood there staring at me like I was stupid or something will never go back to this subway. On the coupons also it tells you which sandwich is excluded but they said we couldn’t do any of the sandwiches with the coupons but a cold cut. Where does it say that on y’all’s coupons? This store just needs closed down or new employees that actually know what they’re doing.

Waited 25 minutes in an empty store. Guy made my sandwich wrong. Had to tell him step by step like a toddler. After all that they don't take national coupons. No one is eating at Subway full price.

Made an online order and picked it up. When we got home we realized that we were not given the extra meat that we paid for already. We called the store and said it was because they were running low. So they did not give us the extra meat and didn't even tell us when we picked it up. We asked what we could do and they told us to bring the sandwich all the way back to the store and they would refund us the money for it rather than put extra meat on it. We were already at home eating that for dinner and I said we could not make it back thereand he said oh well. Basically said I was beat on my money then.
We were charged for more than we were given, and refuse to give us our money back

I came in on a Monday and got a wheat bread foot long sub and the bread was so tough I couldn't hardly chew it, I had to throw half the bread away, sorry to say but I won't go there again.
On 6/1/2025 @ 11:46am I walked into the Subway Town West the gentleman making the sandwiches asked me what I wanted. I would like a turkey wrap and he stated only 3 sandwiches can be a wrap. 40, 41, 42. So I asked for # 40 with no avocado but add bacon. He stated he couldn't do that. I then asked it he could add more turkey. He looked at me like my order was unheard of. I don't think this man is happy doing his job.

Worst subway in tulsa, never get orders right especially on delivery orders. Won't answer their phone. Recently ordered the new nachos and they sent with out the toppings, missing red onions tomatoes the sauce. Garbage people work here.
Ordered through doordash. Driver showed up within ten minutes of order being placed. The driver was kind enough to let us know that once they walked a little lobby and verified who they were. With no other customers by the way. The staff two people informed the driver that it's going to be a what. The workers then chose to discuss scooby doo instead of starting on the orders. Our driver has sent us periodic messages and updates. At the time of singing this, it has been a total of fifty five minutes. That the driver has been stuck waiting for 6 subs.To be made. An operator end up calling a manager that was off duty in order to make a meatball sub, because it didn't know where to get and prep more meatballs. Very much not a good look. Last update the the driver was told that.
They will have to start another customers. Sandwiches, while waiting, would you prep meatballs. Probably, some of the worst service i've ever heard of at any subway. Looking through the reviews, this establishment is not scoring very well.As of late. Hopefully management rectifies the situation shortly. Update. The driver After waiting an hour and ten minutes was finally given the food. Final update. Food finally arrive to the house. All sandwiches ordered were requested of toasting. And as a menu item are hot subs. Each sub is refrigerator cold. No indication of heating cheese not melted. Do better.
Was very disappointed! I go there all the time. Unfortunately the one time I come in cause there are no and I mean NO public restrooms... I got charged to pee 😡 Not happy! Had my mother in law waiting all the way down at DG! Very up set!
Very unprofessional, didn’t seem to know what they were doing. Out of basics such as silverware and napkins. Would not let me get a sandwich with a coupon when the coupon had no mention of it being one you could not get.
The one making the sandwiches is rude I'm hoping this isn't the management here cause I won't ever come back.. throwing stuff cause we ordered a foot long cookie. Lied about having a certain type of cookie cause he was mad that I didn't want toasted bread just because he neglected to ask how I wanted it. I can see now why there is no business. The place was clean, and well kept but the older guy making sandwhiches, with glasses, he will RUIN your business QUICK.
