first of all, the app is super user unfriendly. i had to call about 10 times to get anyone to answer the phone at this location. when they answered they were the most unenthusiastic sounding, and wasnt able to help cancel my order due to the app sending my order to the wrong location this one thats 30 minutes away opposed to across the street). they then said id have to go through whatever app i used to order which was subways specific app to get a refund.

This is the only subway location I visit in the tulsa metro area. I love that this is a family run business. They know their customers and interact with them as if they are friends. They say welcome in our hello when you come in and goodbye or thank you for coming when you leave. I love this added personal touch. The food is great.

Definitely, not the best food. Asked for my sandwich/meat toasted and if it was then the toaster needs to be replaced. Workers are loud, obnoxious, and completely annoying. If they’d worry about making the food more than they worry about yapping I probably would’ve got to eat my sandwich.

Loud and rude. Aggressive and kept smashing the sandwich in a mean manner. Kept pressuring me on how much veggies I’d like and kept asking “is that it” after every veggie. Very disappointing. Bad experience and the sandwich was soggy.
These women run a tight ship, are VERY friendly and always have a great attitude when I come in. I wish more Subway franchises were like this one.
