I went in on 10/2/24 about 4pm. There were 2 young men working inside. They were both so nice and accommodating to my daughter's and I. They made sure our sandwiches were perfect even though the toaster oven was not operating. The owner Rico Porter should give those men a raise!

My first interaction with them was fine, but my wife had my card no problem right? The employees told me it was no problem if I ran up the road toy wife office to pick it up.So I was just going to pay for them when I returned. However when I returned there was now only a single employee there. When I asked about my order I was very impolitely told " I don't know nothing about that this a whole new Subway right now." And as a former employee of the franchise I kinda feel like this location may not meet or exceed standards. Hope they handle the food better than the customers.

This is the best Subway in Tulsa, possibly the best one in existence. There are these ladies that work there that make the place amazing. They really show how much they care about their customers, you don't feel like a number. They are the reason I go out of my way to come to this subway.

I’ve gone out of my way to stop at this specific location for lunch. Used to have a subway in my work parking lot and would still choose this one every time. The store is clean, food is fresh and staff is professional yet personable. Day shift, you ladies are amazing!! I miss seeing you damn near every morning and hope business is thriving as usual! ???

Just went here with my mom, and the two ladies who served were really nice. We are Hispanics and one of the ladies tried to communicate with mom which was very sweet and nice of her. Would go again.

There’s this black lady here who is really mean. It’s like she hates everyone who comes In the store. I once asked for extra meat and she gets mad and says well if you want extra you gotta pay more, like duh, I know that, way to speak the obvious lady…And one time I tried to use a coupon and she said it’s expired when it was still good. Horrible people
Don't buy newly advertised currently or pretzel. It was horrible.

Ordered online tonight 11/9/23 and we got our sandwiches in a timely manner. They were made to perfection and had absolutely no problems. I want to thank whoever is working tonight because you did a great job. Idk why these other reviews are so negative. It was our first time eating at this specific one and WE DEFINITELY will be coming back. Thank you for getting everything right! No one ever leaves a review when they get good service. Worst Subway that I’ve been to the girls behind the counter barely work and seem to have an attitude. I’ve been in here twice now and every time I turn my back it seems like they’re laughing and snickering about something and one of them was even outside, smoking a cigarette before I came in disgusting… definitely the last time I’ll come to this subway
