I like this subway they are the only ones who will take coupons the food is good the services was good yesterday 12/3/24 but went in today for lunch about 10:30 the girl making the sandwichs had a addatud i don't get why people get jobs like this & don't really want to deal with people but over all the food was good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I came in and I got two sandwiches and the lady acted like she couldn’t hear what I was saying so many times kept telling me that I said something else when I needed something else did not change her gloves cross contaminated my sandwiches with her gloves used unclean knives to cut my sandwiches in half. I do not recommend this place to anybody especially if you have allergies.

The woman who made our sandwiches asked how many added bacon. We said just one got home and of course she had charged us for extra added bacon on all 3 sandwiches and of course they don't answer the phone. Very disappointed

Ordered on app to be ready @ 650pm. Showed @ 700pm and they told me didn’t have order. I showed them order on app, and where said was ready and I was charged for it. She insisted they didn’t have order and made me wait while waited on other customers behind me. She then checked again and said, no order. I showed her app again and she goes well I’ll have to call my Manager to see what to do. I said, I’m not going anywhere, I order every Thursday and this is first problem other than wait time and I paid for it. Then she goes to register and goes, oh here’s your order, we already gave it to a guy who came in here for it and showed me app on phone. I said, that’s impossible as is my app and I was driving down road to pickup food for work. Then she made my food and told me, I know what’s going on, we’re not going to fill this order 5 times for different people coming in here showing this order on app. Insinuating I was scamming her. In an off-duty police officer who works a side job around the corner every Thursday and gets Subway. I will not be back at this one, if I have to drive out of way to another one, to think I’d scam them for $16 worth of food. Ridiculous, I have no doubt they gave my order to wrong person, but then wanted to make me out to be a bad guy. I have never experienced this anywhere with any app system.

Stopped to grab a sandwich after getting groceries. There was one girl in line ahead of me and no one behind the counter. I assumed the workers were getting more bread or something. After waiting a few minutes with no one behind the counter, the girl in front of me got tired of waiting and left. I went to the door that leads to the back of the restaurant to see if I could get someone's attention, and there were 2 young girls talking and playing on their phones. They saw me and came out, and I let them know they had a customer who got tired of waiting and left. I ordered the Elite Chicken Bacon Ranch. When I got to the additional toppings, I wanted to cancel my order because of the condition of the produce. The lettuce was brown and appeared slimy. There was even a second container of slimy, brown lettuce wrapped up and ready to go when they used up all of the first one. Everything was rough chopped and slightly over ripe. I had already paid by this time, so I got my sandwich and left. The sandwich was not good. The rotisserie chicken was somehow simultaneously mushy and stringy and also tasted greasy. I ended up throwing it away after a few bites and won't order from Subway again for a long time. How you gonna advertise that you're slicing the meat fresh and still keep rotten produce in your case for serving to your customers? Gross.

The area manager making me and my wife’s food was incredible. Super respectful. On point with the service. Only had to say what we wanted one time and it was done. If you want subway it’s worth the trip.

Worst subway location I’ve been to. Lacking communication, ability to speak English, making eye contact with a customer. Assuming what they want on the sub, adding things I didn’t ask for. Assuming I want my sub toasted, and my chicken was still cold after being toasted. 0/10 would not recommend this location

The service here is so bad the lady didn’t even hand us the receipt she just left with another customer and she also put a not even cut well piece of turkey on my sandwich. The piece of turkey was super thick. Really bad service.

Jenny (name on nametag clipped on her visor)had the worst customer service ever, not competent in her job, poorly trained and gives this franchise location a bad rep. This is my second encounter where she is rude I attempted to speak with owner Rahki, since she was unavailable I am leaving this review. If your staff is not friendly along with competent please hire better staff, I will not be returning.
