Worst subway location I’ve been to. Lacking communication, ability to speak English, making eye contact with a customer. Assuming what they want on the sub, adding things I didn’t ask for. Assuming I want my sub toasted, and my chicken was still cold after being toasted. 0/10 would not recommend this location

The service here is so bad the lady didn’t even hand us the receipt she just left with another customer and she also put a not even cut well piece of turkey on my sandwich. The piece of turkey was super thick. Really bad service.

Jenny (name on nametag clipped on her visor)had the worst customer service ever, not competent in her job, poorly trained and gives this franchise location a bad rep. This is my second encounter where she is rude I attempted to speak with owner Rahki, since she was unavailable I am leaving this review. If your staff is not friendly along with competent please hire better staff, I will not be returning.

Didn't know how to make the sandwich I ordered so stood there for 5 minutes staring at board, asked for lettuce twice and still didn't get more than maybe 10 pieces of shredded lettuce, cheese wasnt even melted, bread was soft and non toasted, just overall terrible

She made the best sandwich ever! I'd eat a sandwich here than anywhere else ! She packed the sandwich full ! So delicious! Worth every bite!Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables to choose from ! You can get bread or wraps or salad bowl

The smaller Asian woman who usually works at night made my sandwich, then proceeded to pull a dirty napkin out of the trash under the cutting board, wiped the cutting board with it, DIDNT change her glove, then touched my sandwich. I'm pregnant, I'm not about to get sick because she doesn't follow basic health protocol. I wouldn't bother posting a review but she got an attitude when I politely asked her to remake it and asked her to use fresh gloves. At the end of the new sandwich, she gets on to me and says something about me not asking her to change her gloves or not touch anything the first time. Even the woman at the register (who was and always is super polite and great at her job) was caught off guard by her attitude! I shouldn't have to tell her to use fresh gloves, it's a restaurant, she should be conscientious enough not to touch fucking garbage then handle peoples sandwiches.

The manager I assume is the little Asian lady does not fallow any health codes or common sense she was touching another customer gave her her change back and then with the same gloves went to make more food putting those same contaminated gloves in all the meats and veggies people are going to sick because of laziness like this

Awesome experience at subway today. I ordered the newer footling, Teriyaki Blitz. Loaded with sliced steak, sweet onion teriyaki sauce, peppers and onions, at her recommendation I swapped out the slice American cheese for pepper jack cheese, and she suggested a drizzle of siracha to be added. We toasted it , added some fresh lettuce and jalapeno.... Folks! Hands down spot on. Excellent options to add to your already amazing sandwich. Stop in and let her make it , she's the pro.
