The lady making the sandwich and the guy at the register were very friendly and understanding, but the person in charge is extremely rude and the lettuce and other vegetables looked withered, not fresh. I had a coupon and there was no sign on the door, so i went it to use it, when i went to pay the manager got so upset she seen a coupon and started complaining to her employees right there in front of me yet said nothing to me, was just talking behind my back. The lady who made the sandwich said who has a coupon, i didn't see one, so i spoke up and said i do. I was confused, didn't know what was wrong, so the sandwich lady said she wishes they would put a sign on the door, because they only had a small sign on top of the counter where the veggie window is and no one really sees that one. I told her no, i didn't see that one, i was busy looking down at the veggies not up. Her and the young man who rang me up were very understanding, but i was really upset when i left and felt so disrespected by the manager, I will not go back to that location because of the quality of the veggies and the very rude manager. I paid full price, but it's not worth what i paid.

edit: i went in today and got the WORST customer service from the 2 ladies working. making me feel like i was an inconvenience because they had to do their job and make 3 sandwiches. unfortunately there’s a very low chance i’ll ever go back to this location.
i came in around 930 with the craziest pregnancy cravings. the man working was the nicest subway employee i have ever encountered- and this is the best sandwich ever!

I eat at Subway pretty often, but had never been to this location. Everything about this store made it a really pleasant experience; the employees were all so kind and respectful, the store was clean and comfortable and the food was fresh and made with care.
The staff were awful. Wouldn't take coupons, the bread was clearly old

Subway should fire everyone that works here. Service so bad that there is no possible excuse for it. No possible reason for how bad it is other than it being intentional. Save yourself the trouble and just eat dirt and grass. Probably tast better anyway

I ordered a classic meatball marinara sub with a flatbread toasted which it wasn't toast I asked for cucumbers, lettuce, they barely put any on it,I asked for red onions,they put two onions on it, I asked for tomatoes,they put two tomatoes on it,I asked for pickles. I asked for oil they put to much oil on it. I asked for salt and pepper and they didn't put any on it. I got some sun chips. I ordered this through door dash on 1/8/25 this was my first experience ordering subway like this I don't think I will order it again online!
