Went in for a quick sandwich. However had to repeat what I wanted numerous times while a worker was slowly putting items on a sandwich, and needed to reminded multiple times over what was wanted. All the while hearing the banter of other employees in the back while a line formed to the door.

Excellent service at this location. The guy and girl were in good moods, talking to everyone and zipping us through the line. I had to take 2 stars for being out of key ingredients for our sandwiches.
I originally ordered the Hot Honey Sandwich on multi grain bread. Sadly they had no Hot Honey sauce. So I switch my order to the sweet onion teriyaki toasted. My son ordered a custom , foot long on Italian herbs and cheese, toasted, with ham, American cheese, spinach, olives. Cucumbers, and Honey mustard. Sadly, they were out of olives too 😢.
Sandwiches were great regardless.

I placed a pick up order and when I went to pick it up at the time, it said it would be ready. The lady making the sandwiches said oh I’m the only one here. I don’t know when your sandwich will be ready. Mind you I was on my way to work. I asked her if I could get a refund and she said I don’t know how to do that so I had to leave no refund no sandwich.

The worker who is closing on this night Saturday March 22 closed and locked the door early. I arrived at 9:40 and the door was locked. She refuses to acknowledge I'm at the door while her son is fitting at the table trying telling her I'm at the door.

Very bad service and very bad stablishment, ,floors are wet, mop bucket in the middle of dining area! Restroom out of service, and it smells so bad

The sandwiches I received were both poorly made stuff falling out, too much ranch oozing out, mainly the whole sandwich was lettuce not evenly putting toppings I asked for, my bread was cold and crusty not fresh, no salt and pepper like I asked on the ticket, like come on people how hard is it to read a ticket and make a sandwich. I do want to say there was one guy in there that was polite when i got my sandwhiches and apologized while the other girl working there looked at me like she wanted to say something rude or something. Not sure what's going on up at this location but GEEEEEZ.
