Appalling service even by subway standards. Not only did he not look at the special instructions, but when the bottle of honey mustard proved empty once he started adding it he just left a few light splurts on one end of the footlong and called it a day, basically left half the sandwich without sauce. Then he cuts it with a filthy knife covered in funk from other sandwiches without bothering to clean the knife and getting loads of the wrong condiment and god knows what else on the sandwich. You don’t expect much from subway but that’s just gross.

Ordered online outside the store. Waited 30 minutes. Never was told my food was ready. Went inside and my food was sitting there for like 10 minutes. I watched him make it and put it in the back while he went and played on his phone. Was supposed to be curbside so I asked for my tip back. When I arrived home my chicken sweet onion teriyaki sub was full on pepperoni and had no sweet onion sauce. Couldn’t tell me my food was ready. Didn’t want to walk 5 feet out the store even with a tip. And if he wasn’t able to make my order right should have told me at pick up. Was told I could speak to someone through the app and get a free cookie in the store. Was a lie, I can’t talk to anyone through the app. Worst subway in Tulsa.

Well when I walked in everything seemed as normal.But after I placed my order I couldn’t see the worker preparing my sandwich the worker asked me what I wanted on my sandwich so I told him and he makes my sandwich and placed it in the oven with my vegetables on it I said did you just put my sandwich in the oven with the vegetables he said it’s good that way I looked really confused and said well okay I didn’t want my vegetables in the oven. The store was really nasty dirty the tea machine was filthy with some kinda bacteria it was cookies all over the floor it was horrible!!!!!!

Sub at on 61st !!! Always accommodating.... Makes a very good sandwich !!!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to lettuce.... They are very careful not to get any lettuce on anything....

This is the worst Subway location in Oklahoma. I ordered on line, then received message saying my order was ready to pick up. I went to location to pick up order, and was told to go to end of the line, eventhough was already ordered and paid for. 10 minutes later the young man told me they were out of meatballs. I asked for refund and he said he didn't know how to do. He signed the back of my receipt and signed refund. He told me to go to another Location and they would honor my order and fulfill it. I went to another location and they apologized and said they couldn't. I went back to the original location and told the same young man what they said. I again asked for a refund. He again said that he didn't know how, and to call back and talk to manager. I did and spoke to the manager. She also said she didn't know how to refund me. She has she would call her area manager and call me back. That was 5 days ago, and she has never called me back .

Wow, I ordered and prepaid on the Subway app. I went inside to pickup my order. A young black man told me to go to the end of the line. After 20 minutes he told me he was out of meatballs, and he did not know how to refund me. He wrote a note on the back of my receipt. He then told me to go to another location, and they would fulfill my order. I then went to the location down the street inside of Walmart. They were very nice and apologized and said they could not do that. I went back to the original store and spoke with the same young man. He repeated he didn't know how to refund my money, and to come back yet again at a time that the manager would be there. Errrrrrrrrrrrrr

Jordan was so great at making sure me and my friend were taken care of. He offered us to try sauces, asked about how our day was going, and talked about life. He made my subway experience a 10/10!

The assistant manager, Jordan, helped me today and he was amazing. He gave me eye contact & made sure my sandwich was a fresh as it could be. I could tell he has great work ethic which is so rare these days. Thanks Jordan for a great Subway experience!

I was having a very bad day. I decided to stop at Subway to grab me something to eat. The first thing that I noticed was the place was clean. The lights could be brighter. I had two wonderful ladies to help me. They were employees of Subway. Not only did they do a great job they have great personalities. They are also the reason I bought more than I went for. They convinced me to buy some cookies. The oatmeal cookies were delicious by the way. My sandwiches were made by wonderful hands so of course they were delicious. I will definitely go back again! To "Princess" and "Queen", thank you for making me smile. _Angee

Every time I come here the person making the sandwich does not know what they are doing. My sandwich toppings always fall out of my sandwich, despite other locations my sandwich stays together.The final straw was when I did a online order and both my sandwiches were created wrong, so when I tried to call to get them remade no one answered! The next day I called again and they told me because I don’t have the sandwich they can’t remake it because they did not have a manager but I can call corporate to get a refund. What store runs without a manager?? No wonder why my experience always sucks. Never going back!!
