They got cheap your sub is mostly bread i go elsewhere now

Just came to get an order at 1034pm on Sunday August 10th. The guy inside told me I couldn't order anything bc they are closed. I thought he was joking bc I order here at this time often. He said they close at 1030. I said really what days? He said everyday. I asked why it says they close at 11pm on the door and he said it is the latest the doors are open. So I said so can I order a sandwich he said no they are closed and they already broke everything down. He said they can't make sandwiches after 1030pm. Lmao. He clearly just doesn't want to do his job. Hope the owner sees this. I wonder how much money this guy is turning away bc he is too lazy to do his job properly. I'd be pissed if I owned this place and caught my employees turning customers away 30 minutes before closing time.

Apparently they refuse to give you what you would like and now “portion” control your toppings. Despite paying almost $13 for a sandwich. Would not recommend this subway. Also, they always charge a meatball with pepperoni as a boss, instead of a regular meatball with pepperonis which cost you a $1 more as the boss has cheese. They also try to charge all grilled chicken as a pro, despite not having the extra cheese or no cheese at all which costs a you $3 extra dollars. Advocate not to get ripped off.

Just stopped to grab a sandwich and before I could go in the employee steps out saying they have to close early because the toaster is down. I dont even get my sandwich toasted. I ran a subway for 4 yrs and never closed early. Violates brand contract

An African American man with curly hair and a beard working night shift on 31st and garnet may 7th approached me at the window with “wassup” very rudely and slammed the window doors in my face after telling me I have to come inside with no signs whatsoever saying so. All I know is that was very rude and I will not be coming back.
Manager would rather be on her phone than to help with big orders that are already late on your SLA with doordash. Learn what SLA means and then meet that REQUIREMENT.
Michael did a great job making our sandwiches. He had a very positive attitude.
Did horrible one of the workers tried to argue and rush me and the other person didn't say anything nicely if they were out of things and most of their stuff was out!!!!

Lady that took order at window and money was not great, however a different person delivered food at windows and he was much better
