Order is always messed up here, even when you tip it won't make a difference, I always tip and my order is still always wrong, great staff team, they are always kind, this just isn't the best place to go for a well made sub, 41st street may be the much better option

Food Is hit or miss, I believe this is a training center which is why it's hit or miss, I've had multiple orders messed up here but the staff is always kind which kind of makes up for it.

We live nearby this location & have ordered online half a dozen times & have yet to get our sandwiches made correctly. We have voiced concern on why this consistently keeps happening & unsure if we talked to correct personnel but just like many food service companies, they acted liked it was not their problem. We are just senior citizens & like to patronize nearby business but we are done with this one! It would be in your best interest to avoid frustration & disappointment if you used another location-although the breads & products used are good quality, the service at 31st is just horribly poor quality!

I am 48 years old. My order at Subway is always the same. 6" tuna. No mayo. Add pickle. Add black pepper. It's always the same.I dont know what's going on at this store, but I did not get a Subway tuna sandwich. I got a bottle of mayo with the remnants of tuna that was probably at the bottom of the container, so instead of making more, they decided to drown it with mayo.It was squeezing out of the bread, the bread was soggy, the wrapper was soggy.Why? Do you want to eat a mayo sandwich? Mayo is a binder. Not the main ingredient.Absolute trash and that's exactly where it went. I can see by the reviews, this isn't a one off occurrence. Clearly I should have looked at where I was ordering from before wasting $18 on that b.s.??????????????????????????

Drive thru takes too long. But it's friendly and quicker when you go inside. It's one of the best locations in Tulsa. Excluding the drive thru.

This place is a must skip had to tell the woman to put gloves on after she came from out side smoking with a group of friends she messed up the order twice had to wait for her to fix my order wasn't a pleasant experience the veggies were wilted and old looking had to ask for fresh to be brought up needs to be ran better after 5pm I've doordashed here too and very slow and poor service.
