This subway is a complete ripoff they changed me for double meat which is 3.50$ when it was only supposed to be 50% more meat which is 1.75$ and than also ring me up for a roast beef that’s 13.99$ when it was a tuna foot long that’s only 11.99$ so I got two foot long tunas add extra cheese and add roast beef they charged me 42.32$ when it was actually supposed to be only be around like 33.48$ and not only that the lady’s can’t remember what u want on ur food when u tell them it’s for both sandwiches. This subway would do so much better if they had the right people and not charging them what they didn’t get
Manager here is very rude and lies. I put my order in the app and they THE RESTAURANT forgot half my item. They offered for me to come back and get them, but I had my order delivered for a reason because I didn’t want to get out so I told them I would call back when they manager was available so I did that the next day, and she literally lied and said that it was my DoorDash driver that forgot the items And said that there was nothing that she can do and refused to give me my money back or even did not offer for me to pick them up. Highly disappointed will not be back at this location ever
Well the first server apparently put ham on my first wrap, the second server yelled ham! Turkey! Not ham! Then proceeded to make me a new wrap. I wasn’t complaining, probably would have quietly taken the wrap as it was. I wasn’t pleased with the scene it caused, I was actually embarrassed. Then to my dismay I found a hair, inside the wrap, as I was eating. Definitely never going in there again.

This subway charges 15%-20% more than other subways. I tried ordering a footlong Boss on the app using this location, and it was $12.49 subtotal ($13+ after tax) that seemed very expensive so I switched locations on the app to a Subway a mile away. My total changed to $10.99 ($11+ after tax). These guys are purposefully price gouging.

If i could give this ZERO stars i would! Paid 35 dollars for a sandwhich, 2 cookies, and a small side salad, that they said they could NOT chop up for me. Silly me assuming a CHOPPED salad meant it was....you know....chopped! ?♀️The worker refused to listen to the ingredients I wanted, and instead added whatever SHE thought she wanted. Well, iam allergic to alot of foods, so i tell her to STOP and she keeps going....she ended up dumping 3 salads BEFORE finally listening to the customer! Who has life or death allergies! Go ANYWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ONE PENNY OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Oh, and to add insult to injury, she charged me for the cookies and then refused to give me any when i said i didnt get them. ?

Do not ask for more vegetables they will not give them to you. I have to ask 5 or six times and each time they give you like a piece or two and then look at you like why did you ask.

This Subway has consistently been 5 stars since I started working at CityPlex over 6 years ago. Friendly staff, good food. Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. They always get it right.
