I've been going into the 81st and Lewis / City Plex location every Thursday for the past 7-8 months. It's become a ritual and my favorite part of my weekly appointments in the building. I worked in club/restaurant management for 20+ years and I am consistently impressed with this store. The staff is always happy, friendly and moving with a purpose but never appear panicked. The delicious food is always well prepared with fresh ingredients in an amazingly clean kitchen....
This place is well-staff and service is great. No need to wait around during the noon hour for someone to take and fill your order. Highly recommended. Call ahead and your order will be ready by the time you get there. Orders are placed on a stand as you come in the door.
As long as you don't get there during the noon rush hour, you will get served very quickly. If at noon hour, we recommend downloading the Subway App. It will make the purchase easier plus you earn points for discounts on future visits.
