Just walked in to this one at 8:20 and they immediately told me they are closed. Meanwhile, it says they close at 9 on the door and online. Seems like they wanted to go home early.

The owner is very rude and just treats there workers like dirt they should be ashamed of them selves and if they say they are going to do something they should they own several of the subways in the area and our crappy to all of them the staff are such nice people they dont deserve that .......

I placed an order this evening for mobile pickup. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by this smiling young lady. Gave her my name, she grabbed my order and handed it to me with a smile. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies. As she was handing me my order, she explained that they had run out of chocolate chip cookies so she gave me 1 double chocolate and 5 chocolate chip cookies. I said no problem and thank you. She was smiling so big and just radiated joy. Very refreshing. When I got home I found my sandwich was made just the way I ordered it, I had 5 chocolate chip cookies and a double chocolate cookie. Now, just leaving the story there is great but it got a bit better. Not only was everything made right but she had included this little hand written note. What a great employee and a great human being. Whomever you were, thank you for your kindness. I SEE you!

Ive had the protein bowl before, they always chop up the meat and cheese and then add toppings. They didn’t chop it up today and when I asked I was told “we don’t do that anymore.” If I’m paying $10 for my food to be made then I expect it to be made properly.

We like subway, but the other day I asked for a cold cut sandwich, she didn't say we don't sell them anymore, so I figured all was good she knows what cold cut is. But when I brought it to hubby, he was very disappointed, the meat was all beef 😔 so no more subway for him.

Price wasn't bad for a meatball sub, but service/atmosphere could have been so much better. Didn't smell great, lights were half off, and employees took a long time to take my order even though I was the only person there and they weren't doing much else

It's 7:56 and y'all's hours say 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. but here I am sitting outside y'all's building 30 minutes after y'all are supposed to be open and y'all still not open

No eggs. Sounds like a common lie when they don’t want to go to the freezer to thaw I’m just waiting for subway to close worldwide. You can’t keep letting down customers and expect them to come back.
