I rarely eat at Subway but my 13 yr old son likes it so we went to this location which we've never been to. I ordered a regular 6" turkey on whole wheat and it was disgusting. The bread was very dry like it was old, it was flavorless, the lettuce was turning brownish and the tomatoes were not ripe. My son who usually loves subway said the same thing about his. He actually mentioned how bad it was first. I don't typically post on yelp unless I feel it's necessary and this place definitely needs to make changes. Let me add that the female employee that helped us was very nice and polite.

This was the 2nd location I visited tonight trying to get a Philly Cheese steak sandwich. I arrived at 8:30 which is 30 minutes before they close. She started to make it, and then proceeded to tell me that she turned the oven off so it could not be toasted. Her excuse was that it has been a slow night, so just figured it would be best to completely turn off. Now off to try and search for another subway.
Pretty sure it's under new management and is absolutely awful. I had to have them remake my sandwich after letting the first 5 screw ups go, at that point it would have been so awful I wouldn't have even been able to take a bite. Toasted sandwich when I didn't want it toasted (both times they made it). asked for mayo ended up with ranch, some kind of spicy red pepper I didn't even know existed? And the employees wouldn't listen to anything the customers were saying. I listened to the girl behind me correct them 7 times on the same item as they kept trying to put whatever they felt like on her sandwich. If you have any standards whatsoever DO NOT EAT HERE

This is THE Subway that I go to. Several more that are closer to home, but the others just don't have the atmosphere that this one does. Hey nice and clean and the employees are always nice and make recommendations based on what I normally order. Yes, I come here enough for them to know what I eat! 😃
