Confused why a chicken teriyaki sandwich doesn't come with chicken. Ordered in store and even asked where the chicken was and they said it doesn't come with it.

This place is like so very unprofessional. The workers i encountered omg. So we go into eat the 1st guy got a full fledged mug on his face. Like my guy u scary. Then he was so pissed he got our breads wrong. The bread was so i don't know the words for it. Not fresh looking bread at all. He doing all of this while starring outside into the parking lot. He ring me up and forgets the drinks. Im like looking around for the cups because he done walked off to the back. A gentlemen walks up behind me from outside and ask me what i was looking for. I cant make this up. He then walks behind the counter to the backroom so the guy the checks me out comes back out i like can i get the cups. He hands me water cups and walks back off to the backroom still looking pissed off. I was done at this point. Its like can we get some drug test ova here because nobody is in there right mind. I counted 2 ladies 1 just walked in she spoke he looked at her like dirt she went in the back him and the strange guy out of nowhere. Im so confused. This is our food thank god we said our grace over it. But our stomachs paid for it after. Never again will i eat at this subway. To much over there.

I drove out of the way to come here. Online it says they're open at 8:00am. I arrive at 8:45am and they're still closed. Driving all over town looking for an open one before work is not fun.

Probably the worst Subway in Tulsa. The store is constantly understaffed. They can't keep staff period. Every time I go the whole crew is different and they all seem to have no clue what they are doing.The store front is always in a sad state, damaged and malfunctioning doors.The crew there today was the worst. One crew member was making sandwiches for a customer and seemed to be getting everything wrong. She didn't even know the spade shaped green leafy things were called spinach. The other crew member was just mindless making sandwiches, I assume for a door dash or online order.I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and neither of them looked my way or greeted me or even acknowledged I was there at all. I left and will not be returning to this particular store again.
