August 18 Sunday lunch after church. Dylan rocked out our sandwiches in record time and was extremely detailed in remembering all of our ingredients. Even double checking to make sure that my boy got what he wanted on his sandwich. Thank you Dylan for an awesome experience.
I’ve been to this subway before and have had less than professional experiences Dylan, I hope this location gets more employees like you!

I ordered on door dash and something got messed up. I called the store and they changed it for me and even gave me extra cheese! The guy was super nice, and the food was amazing.

I'd placed my order online and explicitly put in comments as well as selected to have more/extra ranch because I hate having dry sandwiches. I finally get my sandwich and see they completely ignored my request and put the smallest amount of ranch on the sandwich as if they were trying to be petty or something. It even said on my receipt to have extra ranch.

I have given this place more chances than probably any restaurant ever for the simple fact of convenience but you have got to be kidding me this is hands down the absolute worst subway. I don’t have enough room to putt every way they have messed up but let’s just start at wrong orders online, rude people in person, long wait times so they can finish their smoke breaks and let’s not forget the music so loud I can’t think. And the floor that is bowing and cracking.

The crappiest Subway I've ever seen.

Two teen employees were visible but nobody said anything to me when I went in. One employee had their Braum's meal laying out on a table. Another employee was behind the counter, putting out the food containers and had a pack of Newports laying behind the glass where the food goes. They ignored me while they continued putting out the containers.

I wanted a quick breakfast sandwich... but I just smiled at them and turned around and left.

Let’s take this a step at a time. Entrance was boarded up with broken glass on the floor. Looked like an abandoned crime scene. Walked in and the first thing the KO said to me was “our toaster is broken”. The combination of the noise from the oven, the radio and the fountain machine was overwhelming. Sounded like I was in a jet runway. Ice cold air was blowing on me the whole time I was in line. The kid asked my order and kept forgetting it so I had to repeat it multiple times. The portions he was putting on were the smallest I have ever received from a Subway. They were out of chocolate milk for my kids. The orange juice had been sitting so long that the contents had completely separated. We ate on the floor outside like pigs to get out of the extreme noise in there. The vegetables tasted old. All and all a train wreck.

I ordered thru door dash and this subway accepted the order but they didn’t have meatballs for my meatball sub or ham for the
BMT - why accept the order? Now I had to cancel and WAIT for DoorDash to give me a refund - and the poor driver had to do all this without getting a dime for his time and trouble. I will never order here again.

I ordered sandwiches online and arrived once they said they were ready. It's currently a full half hour after they said they were finished and still no food. If you can't handle online orders then please stop taking them.Beyond that it's a dirty little store with a boarded up broken entrance window that gives the location an abandoned feel.
