Dear corporate I hope you read these. The guy and gal that were running the gilcrease museum drive store in Tulsa at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday July 2nd. Very efficient, store was very clean and stocked, I was in and out with my two foot-longs in 9 minutes with four other customers. I wish all my experiences at Subway were like this!

Not a lot of places get 5 star ratings from me which is surprising because I just ask for basic customer service and tonight provided that. It’s truly a breath of fresh air when you walk into a restaurant that has your online order ready for pick up before you walk in the door. We were 10 minutes late for pick up but you’d be surprised at how many places still don’t have orders ready 10 minutes after their estimated wait time. The two guys working tonight 6/23/24 around 6:30 pm had a good vibe and the place looked clean. they were attentive and efficient. I’m not sure if there’s new management, or they got a good crew hired, but keep it up. Thank you for being one of the few places I can count on to get my order right and on time.

Stopped in for lunch. The place was very clean and the two gentlemen working were very nice and experienced. I was greeted immediately with a "welcome to Subway." The workers were very attentive to what the customer wanted. I had the three meat trio, oven toasted . The vegetables were fresh and the work station was kept clean. I was really impressed with this store. It was definitely one of the better Subways I have been to.

I had one sandwich toasted. It was only warmer. It was not even cut. A foot long was not even cut in half. I asked for it to be cut in fourths but wasn't even cut in half. It was soft not toasted at all. Except a little warm and it was flat bread. Worst sandwich I've ever gotten from a subway.

No paper towels in bathroom. Poop all around the toilet bowl, and I came for a meat ball sub and they are OUT of meatballs. The girls making sandwiches while the guys doing nothing.

Very disappointed at this point. I ordered a Monster and extreme chicken bacon ranch on 8/26 online. Sandwiches were missing bacon and extra cheese. I called to make it right, no answer. Submitted my review and was offered $10 of my next order. I go in to get my new order and bring the letter with me as instructed. Manager on duty accuses me of making it up and refuses to give me my $10 off or my new sandwich. Tells me he’s too busy to deal with me and Subway is a large corporation that doesn’t have time to deal with me and the owner or Subway would send me anything like what I received. Owner, Rakhi Naik I really hope you can find better customer solutions.
