If it wasn't for the staff this place would be in a rougher spot than it is. I have yet to be in this Subway out of say 3 times where they were not out of something that was fundamental to the business(ie a cheese or meat).

Me and my girlfriend got food poisoning from eating here. The lady making my sandwich was so smacked out she could barely function. I know they don’t properly store the food or take sanitation serious at all. Do not eat here.

Subway to subway to know the walkway change is never good on a platform pit dive— don’t take the change— Subway rats are here to stay!!! One embedded in a wall off the third rail to lawyers desk.

Do not buy from this store. There awful.
Closed almost an hour early, "couldnt find my mobile order" and did nothing to even try to replace it. Just told me to come back tomorrow for a manager. Absolutely ludicrous.

I placed an order on the app. I got confirmation that order was placed and was being built. I went in to pick up and was promptly ignored. When I finally got the attention of a worker, I was told that their online system was down. I showed them on the app where it was confirmed and stated it was ready. They just shrugged. I asked if they could just make the sandwich. I was told no, and that I would need to call Subway to get a refund, but they were unable to give me a phone number. I work a couple of miles away, but haven't been here since before COVID. The service here has always been very poor, and clearly it has gotten worse. Save yourself time and aggravation, and just go to the QT a couple of blocks away. At least they have pleasant employees there.
