Closed almost an hour early, "couldnt find my mobile order" and did nothing to even try to replace it. Just told me to come back tomorrow for a manager. Absolutely ludicrous.

I placed an order on the app. I got confirmation that order was placed and was being built. I went in to pick up and was promptly ignored. When I finally got the attention of a worker, I was told that their online system was down. I showed them on the app where it was confirmed and stated it was ready. They just shrugged. I asked if they could just make the sandwich. I was told no, and that I would need to call Subway to get a refund, but they were unable to give me a phone number. I work a couple of miles away, but haven't been here since before COVID. The service here has always been very poor, and clearly it has gotten worse. Save yourself time and aggravation, and just go to the QT a couple of blocks away. At least they have pleasant employees there.

Just showed up at 10:50am and the doors are locked. The last 3 times I've been here during regular operating hours the doors have been locked. Both of my sandwiches were made wrong last time I was here. I recieved the wrong bread on both and no meat on one sandwich.

Ordered food about an hour before close. I don't live far so I go after I order and just wait until it is ready. No big deal. This time when I get there the store is locked, this is forty minutes before the closing time. Order hasn't been made but the app says it is being prepared. I tried to get an employee to come to the door but they weren't paying any attention. I sat in my car for a bit trying to figure out how to cancel and saw the order go to "ready" when it obliviously was not. So now I have to figure out a refund and find another sandwich place to go.

They made my food wrong, hung up on me, I drove up there and they locked the door. I finally get in and she says no refunds, just remade. She does but on purpose made it on Italian Herb & Cheese bread stating it was ordered that way. I think she's looking for "white bread" not "Italian bread". I threw it in the trash and still want a refund.

I ordered 30 minutes ahead, and I walk in and there is not a single customer in the store. The employees haven’t made the order yet. It takes them 20 minutes while one of them is blabbing on the phone about the schedule to the manager. One customer walks in and literally leaves because she won’t get off the phone to help him. I get home and one of the sandwiches has no meat in it as well as some other missing items. It’s almost hilarious, they really will hire anyone.

Clearly the young girls that work there need to be supervised while they work. They're completely unprofessional, cussing, taking their time, acting like there's not a customer standing there waiting. I tried to give her a little constructive criticism since she works with the pubic, but all she did is get an attitude and both the girls started yelling at me, telling me I can just not come back. They acted like some ghetto little girls with not only no training at work, but no training at home either. My goal at this point is to get them fired because I know I'm not the only one that's been on there to have problems with them. I would like to speak to mgmt about this issue.

Whoever was working today, Nov. 16 at 1:30pm – the two females, were rude, hung up the phone on us, and locked the door when we came to get a refund for incorrect food items. Not to mention I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone even said a word to me… Not even glanced at me. Finally afterwards they said my order was still in the works which was 30 minutes past the order pickup time BTW. The place looked gross and gave the feel of a prison, it had bars on the doors and windows and the drinks weren’t even available up front. I asked for a Coke and it tasted shaken up and flat. I ordered buffalo chicken online and they substituted it by drenching my salad in buffalo sauce and ranch combined… Talk about disgusting. Need I go on more? I’m turning their names into the corporate managers over the franchise.

Very conductive, clean , nice workers that don't say know to what u won't to put other things on your sub-Vegetarian options: I really think it's great for and food stores that make cold cuts or hot sandwiches ,give other people that don't eat meat has a chose as while that's beautifulParking: When I go I love going around 6pm sometimes a little early but I always have a parking spot when I pull upWheelchair accessibility: I can say that they do have wheelchair accessibility.
