DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Ordered online n it took money out of my bank and when I get there to get my order there's a sign on door that says "NO BREAD" it was only 6pm. Really your fn subway u have 1 job!! They put up a board in drive thru window n u can clearly see them hiding behind it on their phones! Young chick gonna have an attitude n say we don't know how to cancel or refund you. Well everywhere online says u gotta call the store to cancel. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone there.

Made an online order for this location, sent it through at 6:16, the app said it'd be done by 6:35, walked in to pick up the order and they hadn't even started on it. The excuse was they were busy. I am a former manager of a subway location and I can understand if they were busy, to an extent, if there are more than one employees working, one can take care of the counter the other can jump on remote orders when they come through to prevent this.

Attentive crew, Clean, fast, friendly service. This location has it together! Love the fact they do not honor corporate coupons! We can all avoid the problems that come with it.
I went in with a friend during lunch, and we encountered some issues with our order. We initially ordered three 6-inch sandwiches, but they mistakenly made two 6-inch sandwiches and one foot-long. When we checked out, we were charged for two foot-long sandwiches instead of three 6-inch sandwiches. Additionally, I was charged for a foot-long but only received a 6-inch sandwich.
They said they refunded me for the overcharge, but I won’t know for sure until the refund processes in 1-3 days.
The staff were friendly and professional and made sure my order was done correctly. The eating was clean as well.

Place was absolutely slammed, 2 employees; they were killing it. Kind and quick, one of them clearly newer but they were supporting each other and keeping a great attitude. Then I get to the register, look up and see a sign that says “Attention if you have time to lean you have time to clean” the amount of disrespect these awesome employees are having to deal with, and the owner is making them explain to college students they don’t take subway coupons. I bet turn over is INSANE. 1 star for management, 5 stars for staff.

So I went to the Subway on 11th street by TU, to try to use my coupon that I had. I was inform by the worker that, this location doesn’t accept subways coupons. I was pissed off, because that unacceptable. I will no longer go to this subway! Because if you have a coupon, you should be able to use it at any subway. And she also for me, there’s a couple other locations that is like this as well
