I don’t typically write reviews but I had to today. I had the best experience I have ever had at a subway (and I really love subway). Leisa and Madison were just so kind and had wonderful customer service. I can really tell that Leisa takes pride in her work. Usually when I go to other subways you can tell that the workers are just trying to throw your sandwich together and get you out of there as fast as they can. Not Leisa, she is the true definition of a “sandwich artist”. She made sure that our subs were put together with such detail. She even cut my cucumbers into quarters. We left saying that this is our new subway location every week. Those girls deserve all the praise and a raise.

The experience I had with Leisa at the 11th street subway was above and beyond my expectations.

She handled many orders with poise and care. She is very professional and brings a great energy to every order. If asked, she will give recommendations that will knock your socks off, but otherwise you're getting it YOUR way.

It was, without a doubt, the best Subway sandwich I had ever had. Normally, I skip Subway for other options, but Leisa's kindness and skills convinced me that there is one Subway I will still patronize: her store.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! Ordered online n it took money out of my bank and when I get there to get my order there's a sign on door that says "NO BREAD" it was only 6pm. Really your fn subway u have 1 job!! They put up a board in drive thru window n u can clearly see them hiding behind it on their phones! Young chick gonna have an attitude n say we don't know how to cancel or refund you. Well everywhere online says u gotta call the store to cancel. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone there.
