6/15/25 I placed an order for four-foot-long Subway sandwiches through the app while in the parking lot. The order was unfortunately delayed by 20 minutes due to understaffing. The food was cold, and the instructions for adding extra items and toasting the sandwich were not followed.

My online order was sent to the wrong location. I am not sure why it changed from the one I use. I immediately called to cancel it. No one answered. I called for 10 minutes straight with no answer. I then thought well maybe when I don't show up to pick my order up it will be refunded. I checked on my app and it had a status of picked up. I did not pick it up. I then called about 7 more times throughout the day to speak with someone. The call was never answered and the charge cleared on my card. I tired filing a claim online and you can not. It only gives the options of about 6 subways stores.

Everything was fresh. The guy was very nice and quick. I would go back. The oatmeal raisin cookies were fabulous.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetables.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and safe area to be in.

Wheelchair accessibility: The floor is a flat surface. So very easy.

Was so excited to try the new pretzel. It was hard and not even edible. I was expecting something a bit more. What an insult to auntie Anne's pretzel. The woman there never did listen to the order and had correct her multiple times. Worse experience at a subway.

Terrible service, lady behind the counter rolled her eyes each time I asked for a different item to be added to my subs. Even after toasting both sandwiches were ice cold.

This is easily the worst Subway in this neighborhood. If the owner lady is preparing your order, beware, she will shortchange you every time. She gives you as little meat as she can get away with. Same with veggies and everything else. Ironically, the other workers are not like their owner, especially Julianna. They don’t cheat.

Thank you for paying attention to the special requests! I love going to this subway, and the lady up from is always so amazing. I never got her name but I used to see her all the time when I went for lunch, to the point where she knew my order. Our closest subway was closed today, but it was worth getting delivered. Amazing food and attention to the orders they’re dealing with.

Inside walmart subway. This is the only I'll be eating at. They don't try to short you like a lot of them have been forced to start doing. Dlei items were fresh and my sandwich was delicious.
