Now I’m not bashing her, but I must say when I really needed some good food, she failed on one of my favorites..the dressing! Salteeeee! Onion and Celery, crunchy, and big as hell! I usually smashed on that. Mind you I just got out of the hospital and just had the same meal (Chicken and dressing/cranberries, greens. Today I ate at a place that don’t cook restaurant food… they cook like family. And baby, you can TASTE it.
This is that real, deep South, down-home cooking — no frills, no uppity vibes, just plates full of comfort and heart. The kind of food that make you slow down and sit back after the first bite.
