Meatloaf and broccoli & rice casserole were both really tasty. Also tried the banana pudding - yum! Service was stellar and super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

We went in having high expectations based off previous reviews, however the reviews failed us. To start, we got the catfish meal with Mac &’ cheese, Greens, and additional side of mashed potatoes. (Cornbread w meal). The catfish itself was slimy and didn’t seem cooked throughly which is highly disappointing considering who is in the kitchen. The sides weren’t as bad but the greens alone made my blood pressure spike with how salty they were. I suggest saving some flavor for the Mac next time as that was completely bland. Oh the best part of all, it seems our bread had spots on the bottom inside the paper; mold, maybe?
* nothing to say about mashed potatoes, those were fine. ㅤ:)

Strawberry Cake is delicious. Haven’t tried the food yet, but when you walk in it smells amazing, look amazing. Plan on trying the menu out. Friendly service. Will be back.

Saw yall on a Tik Tok so i Tried the smothered pork chop yesterday OMG ?? mind blowing the cabbage was perfect and the Mac and cheese was so goooood and the cornbread was the cherry on top 5 stars definitely worth the drive an amazing hidden gem

we came here from Milwaukee WI for my mom's birthday and my 33 year anniversary. and we found this soul food restaurant online and when I tell you the food was delicious and got to meet Janet herself!!! and the hospitality from the staff!! we had an amazing time and the food was good!!! and we just lived everything!! Amazing May the good Lord keep blessing ya!!!

We received friendly service by the two people who served us in the walk-through line and at the cashier. The food was already prepared, so it was warm but not hot. The meatloaf was decent, but it didn't have much seasoning. The chicken wings were "okay"- they were over seasoned and were not crispy. The dressing was alright, but the macaroni & cheese was good! The yeast rolls tasted good, too. We both had strawberry lemonade to drink, and it was delicious! Overall, it was okay... ??

I was in town for the Black Wall Street Rally and had a chance to eat at Sunday Dinner & More. My motorcycle club members and I enjoyed various dishes that reminded us of southern home cooking. The food was absolutely amazing and the service made you feel special.The club and I had an opportunity to meet Mrs. Janet and she made us feel at home. She reminds you of that sweet aunt that welcomes everyone to her house for Sunday dinner. My club and I plan to patronize her resturant whenever we are in town.

Parking: There is plenty of parking next to the cigar shop across the street from the restaurant.
