Cashiers are not nice and seems to be profiling customers to make their shopping experience uncomfortable. I’m not spending top $$ to let a supermarket employee make me feel certain type of way. It’s crazy how in 2024 we still have to deal with discrimination and from our “own people”… do better Morelos!

No consistency on the customer service. Some Cashiers are rud3 and target customer’s to make their shopping experience awkward. When asking for ID to purchase certain items, they choose who to ID and who not to.. which is weird, makes feel like they are profiling customers which is WILD in 2024… definitely won’t be back and will make sure to let everyone I know, not to step foot on this location. The cashier who helped us on 03/25/24 around 8pm (short, medium thick black hair) is rude and insecure about herself. The people in front of us in line engaged us in conversation (we talked and laughed a little) and both they and we were buying beer among other products. The cashier kept checking on us and she did NOT ask the guys in front for an ID for the transaction, however she did ask us for an ID, and when I gave her my ID (from NY) she immediately told me that she couldn't sell me, because according to her I smelled like alcohol. ?. (Totally false) He spoke to my husband, so that he could give him his ID (also from NY) and ask him if he wanted to sell it to him. (The worst thing is that neither of us had taken anything). The most absurd thing was the cashier's insecure attitude... It seems that she felt jealous and envious in some way... she shouldn't reflect her insecurities in her job. Because it is the third time we have gone to this location in Morelos and so far we were delighted. But this individual's disrespectful and out of place attitude completely changed our experience in the supermarket. There should be more coherence and consistency in customer service. The supermarket itself is very well stocked with Latin products, but with such misplaced employees, we prefer not to return.

The products themselves, of good quality.I would leave the 5 stars but no, because every time I buy sweet bread I get eggshells and that is really so unpleasantThey should be more careful about that.The customer service always seems to be bad.
Every time I use my food stamp card, they make up and come up with a random item to say it's not covered by EBT. Every time I go it's something different they say they can't scan. The workers are lying pos excuse my verbal. Bit I don't recommend anyone to go shopping here.

Amazing Mexican market to support and buy food at. Excellent service and very nice people. Clean and well presented El mejor mercado Mexicano en el area para apoyar y comprar comida. Buen servicio y gente amable. Todo limpio y bien presentado.

Been going here and have no issues until today. Was at the checkout line and a male cashier try to rip me off on my changes. It's not much but if he can do this to me without feeling bad he can do to others. It shouldn't be this way that I had to talk to a manager

Great grocery for Mexican cooking. The BEST BEST BEST avocados in Tulsa/BA. I also get their marinated skirt steak weekly. It has great flavor. I prob shop here more than Reasors tbh. Super friendly and great prices. Give them a try.
