All the food is so good here! Not sure if this is the Name of the Restaurant. The Menu says "Pho and Sushi as well as the Front sign but some reason says Sushi Express listed as Check in. Food is so good. Spring rolls were ok. Had too much lettuce in there. The Stuffed Jalapeños and the Sushi were the Stars of the Show! Sushi is better than any Sushi place in Tulsa! Very Authentic Japanese Style Food! Pork Belly Ramen was a level 2 in Spicy. (YOU can get Levels 1-5 in Heat) . Ramen broth is super delicious! We will definitely be back! Rated 4 stars only because our waiter wasn't very attentive, but will cut them a break. Edit: The actual name of the Place is "PHÓ & JAPANESE SUSHI"

Best Sushi in all of Tulsa!! I look forward to my Saturdays because that's the only time I can get sushi from this restaurant and I appreciate it every single time!!

This place is a hidden gem. The sushi was fresh. I'm not sold on the forbidden rice. Service was exceptional.

This place is amazing! Our server was very nice, and the sushi may be the best I’ve ever had. Definitely our new go-to spot in Tulsa.

Terribly slow service, we came in before two people and they were served before us. It took 30 minutes to get our drink order in and another 15 to bring them to us. We've now been here for an hour without food and the two people that came after us have now finished their food and are gone. With only 6 other people in the restaurant I am highly disappointed in the service.

Sushi Express is some of the best sushi in Tulsa. I'm a total foodie and the quality of sushi they serve is top notch. They have a friendly staff who are prompt and courteous. I honestly don't know how they serve the rolls they do and stay in business. They are loaded with great quality fish and are generous on the cuts! I will recommend this place 15 out of 10 times all day everyday. Thank you Sushi Express for always putting a smile on my face and a grin on my belly ☺

The food is amazing. I came here for the first time in a while and was very pleased with the portions. The fish tastes great and the staff is very kind. 5/5 would recommend trying.

Ordered chicken fried rice and it was literally the same stuff I buy from Walmart in a freezer bag. Literally took 2 bites and pushed it away. Absolutely horrible food

We had a great evening on Friday, Eunis was as sweet as she can be, she was efficient, friendly, and had perfect timing with appetizer to dinner delivery. The sushi was fast and delicious, the energy felt really great. We enjoyed The Geisha Roll, The Boston Roll and the Aloha Roll. We had been several times in the past and the service and sushi were beyond fantastic. thank you!

Sushi Express is literally the best restaurant I have ever been to. Every food item is absolutely delectable. The display of food is extremely pleasing to the eyes, and the taste lives up to it. The staff, including the sushi men, are very kind and caring. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. This is the place to go every holidays and birthdays. If I could rate it with more stars, I would. Once again, this is the best restaurant existing on planet earth. If heaven had a restaurant, I bet it would be very similar to Sushi Express. I loved everything about this place. I thank Sushi Express for all the amazing experiences I had during every single visit. When your day is not going the way you want it to, visit Sushi Express and it will brighten up your day immediately. Honestly, it's balm to your very soul.

So I want to preface this by saying that I am an equal opportunity reviewer and that I generally rarely, if ever, post anything unless an experience is either stellar or terrible. Nothing in the middle. Unfortunately in this case, it is the latter and I feel the need to post. I am a Tulsa "transplant" from Atlanta GA. I moved here a little over 12 months ago and consider myself a foodie. Also, Atlanta is widely considered to have some of the best restaurants in the country as well as some of the best sushi restaurants outside of the west coast and NYC. With sushi being my favorite food by far, I am always seeking out the best places anywhere I go. It is important to note that I also generally don't eat anything other than sashimi or nigiri (which is the true guage on the qualiry of a sushi restaurant). Although my expectations are admitately skewed, I am a realist in terms of the quality I can find here. In the last 12 months I have eaten at over 20 places in Tulsa that serve sushi and quite frankly, most have been OK and I would have no problem going back all. However, this place was a wreck on this night. Call it an off night if you will, but the service as well as the food were terrible. That being said, I was seated and it took over 10 minutes for anyone to talk to me. Keep in mind this place is tiny and there might have been 3 other tables occupied. Finally the server greeted me and took my drink order. After bringing my sake fairly quickly, she tended to other tables and the togo patrons for about 15 more minutes. Once she came back to me, I ordered about 12 pieces of different nigiri. A fairly simple order for any seasoned sushi chef. I sat for 30 more minutes before the server came back to me and said "the chef says the quality of fish of two of your pieces of nigiri is not up to par so can you please pick something else". I chose something different and the waiting game continued. 20 minutes later the server comes up to me and says "it's going to take longer so here is some free miso soup". About 15 minutes later, my nigiri finally arrived. During this one hour time, at least 20 ppl came through the door to pick up their togo orders (it was obvious that the togo orders took precedence over the in house patrons). Once the nigiri arrived, I will say that it looked great. The portions were huge but that is where it ended. The taste was very bland and the raw scallops (hottatagai) reaked of ammonia (which is a tell tail sign that shellfish has turned). I finished up (minus the scallops) and ironically, it didn't take very long at all for the server to bring my check and cash me out even though everything else took an eternity. To the place's defense, I have found that most sushi restaurants in this area tend to get their fish delivered mid-week. So come Monday, it can be a little "older". This just happened to be a Monday night.....so that is on me. Again, the majority of the many places I have had sushi in Tulsa have been fine, but this night was not good. If you are a sashimi / nigiri fan, I suggest taking the trek to Owasso and going to Akira. Of the many places I have tried over the last year, it is hands down the best sushi I have found in the area. It is also the only place I have found that has Toro. Happy eating!!!
