The website says they are open until 10:00pm on Friday. We walked there with excitement of getting sweet treat. We were there at 8:55pm. We stood there reading over our choices behind another customer. When we got up to window to order it was 9:04 pm . The guy said sorry we closed at 9:00. We said but we walked here and your website says 10:00 can we please get something ? He said, No and shut the window. Very rude. We ended up walking to Cherry & Bark for some delicious ice cream .

Absolutely live Swirl 66! Every time I go I'm blown away by all of the different flavors and toppings. The soft serve is always super fresh and the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Definitely one of my favorite dessert spots - 5/5 Without a doubt would recommend.
The guy working never looked up from his phone to acknowledge me standing at the order window. And as I was leaving it happened to the next customer! (see photo) Unfortunate.
