Ordered a Caliente Cantine Chicken Bowl with a lot of modifications, but forgot to add an extra modification to take off the guacamole. Asked staff for a new one and they remade it no problem, but didn’t add enough chicken. Asked for more chicken and they added so much!! I appreciate the help, amazing staff and amazing chicken!! Puts up with difficult customers like me haha
The food has always been accurate and more than that, the hardworking employees who I’ve interacted with have been outstandingly kind saying things like “you have a blessed rest of your day”. I always leave the drive thru with a smile. Thank you guys for your hard work and kindness. It’s so important these days to spread kindness, even in small ways, like the employees at this Taco Bell 😊

Younger guy was providing excellent customer service with a smile even though they were clearly overwhelmed and the older guy was cool and collected and kept everyone grounded.
Whatever they make they both deserve a raise⬆️💰
