Worst place to ever go to the management is crooked and dishonest his name is Chris and the cashier name was Shareable when the cashed took my payment wrong I tried to explain it to her and when the manager came over he was rude dishonest and trying covering up that they made a mistake will never come to any taco bell again if this is who they employ.

My husband and I were in the drive-thru line for 3 MINUTES waiting on the Taco Bell app to finish loading, and looking over the menu, with no one behind us in line. We were greeted kindly 2 times by headsets, by the 3rd time a very disgruntled employee said we could come inside and look at the menu. When we responded with “just a second” We were met with a smart remark of “it’s been 3 minutes” we brought to their attention no one was behind us, and then were told it doesn’t matter. lol that’s pretty wild. Especially considering we’ve waited in line for over 15 minutes for our food with a giant line behind us in the past.. Use to come here pretty frequently, will not be returning to this location.

Every time I’ve let enough time go by to think maybe I’ll give this location a try again they let me down. Quesadillas, burrito supremes, Cantina chicken burritos maybe a teaspoon of meat if you’re lucky. The cashiers have always been polite so I’ll give them 3 stars, but the food sucks.
Thus far, everybody that's served me here has been on point. They all have a smile and my food has always been good. I don't get to say this very often about any place. WTH taco bell on 51st and Union! I've never been inside the store.

Zero people behind me in the drive thru. I wanted to add something, I didn’t see on the menu when I got to the window.. I was told that I needed to go back thru the drive thru and do another order. They refused to sell me the product at the window. Bad business. I wonder if the owner knows they are actively turning away money.
Came on my 30 min lunch break one im about to order they tell us their card reader is down and taking cash only I was already trapped in drive thru and lost half my lunch break seriously made me mad like didnt offer to do anything for us I wont ever come back

The biggest complaint I have is there front room drink machine hasn't been working right for like two weeks. It doesn't ever have ice and the drinks don't taste right. I love a crisp mountain dew with my meal keeps me coming back. I will be not coming in the lobby for a while

Ordered four crispy beef tacos at the drive thru. It was around 1:30am, it was not busy at all, yet from the start the attendant was cold, rude, and treated me as if in a tremendous hurry to get rid of me. There were no other customers, and the dinning room was closed. There were a couple of strange people just loitering around the pickup window, not in a car, just standing around in the dark by the window, they were clearly not employees. This doesn't really bother me, but I could imagine it would make some people very uncomfortable -- it's 1:30 am after all. No bother to me though, I can happily put up with the poor attitude and odd people loitering if the food is good. There was barely any beef on the tacos! That won't work. I order the same order a couple times a week at other locations. Always about the same time of day too. It makes for a quick easy meal when I get off work late -- you can say I know what to expect from this order. Nothing is worse (for a taco order) than skimping on the meat filling on a taco. After eating the mostly lettuce tacos, I remembered why I don't usually go to this location. I had this same problem here before! Buyer beware. I don't like to give one star reviews, in fact, this is the only one I have left for a food service establishment. However, they messed up my dinner twice now. Whoever the owner and managers are here, you should read this, and do something about it.

Went to the drive-thru and my card was charged three different times for one order they literally drained my account down to zero when I showed them my transaction history they tried to only refund me for two transactions I had to argue with this person just to get my money refunded and it still won't hit my card for 7 days they literally ran my card until it wouldn't run anymore just to pocket my money and thought that I wouldn't notice
