This place doesn’t respect / value thier in lobby customers they focus mainly on drive thru and half of them have a shitty attitude . Numerous times have had to take items back for being wrong . Ordered food stood at the counter for 10 mins before they finally acted pissed off and came and took my money . Save your money and go to a different Taco Bell .

Taco Bell needs to work on this location ALOT.

Worst service ever they are the rudest employees and the employees even get in your face they give your order to the wrong people saying it was picked up and and my door dash app shows it was picked up yet and I called door dash customer service they even said it hasn't been picked up yet would be very nice to speak with the owner or the CEO asap not happy with how I was treated

SKIMPY tacos every single time at this location. Not correct portions. Almost 20 bucks for 4 tacos and they barely have any ingredients on them EVERY time... This location.

I simply ordered the double stack minus the cheddar cheese, add refried so it was like an old school double decker, an 2 simple soft tacos, an it WAS BOMB!!! Super thick, great service, I didnt get the lady's name that served me, or the cook on hand, but STELLAR customer service, an quality, I will be driving the extra 10 miles from my place to eat at this store from here on out. Highly impressed. 10/10!

The lady behind the counter was totally awesome, the people working there followed her lead and we're all working like a special forces unit who's main goal was customer service, team work, a providing a good dining experience and during the absolute best possible food preperation and timely manor, I was shocked in a great way. When you want Taco Bell go to the 21st and Yale location

Great service and attitude, but execution was lacking. I asked for my buritto to be grilled and it was confirmed by the kind workee, but was not grilled when I received it. the assembly of the burrito was also 1 item at a time, as if wrapped sideways rather than each ingredient spread through the tortilla.

The food is blah the real prize is getting to see the chick who runs the drive thru window sometimes, me and My friends go for lunch on break and she is just beautiful seriously but she isn't one to talk or give you a chance I even asked her for extra sauce and she didnt give me any. 😭

Worst place to ever go to the management is crooked and dishonest his name is Chris and the cashier name was Shareable when the cashed took my payment wrong I tried to explain it to her and when the manager came over he was rude dishonest and trying covering up that they made a mistake will never come to any taco bell again if this is who they employ.

My husband and I were in the drive-thru line for 3 MINUTES waiting on the Taco Bell app to finish loading, and looking over the menu, with no one behind us in line. We were greeted kindly 2 times by headsets, by the 3rd time a very disgruntled employee said we could come inside and look at the menu. When we responded with “just a second” We were met with a smart remark of “it’s been 3 minutes” we brought to their attention no one was behind us, and then were told it doesn’t matter. lol that’s pretty wild. Especially considering we’ve waited in line for over 15 minutes for our food with a giant line behind us in the past.. Use to come here pretty frequently, will not be returning to this location.

Every time I’ve let enough time go by to think maybe I’ll give this location a try again they let me down. Quesadillas, burrito supremes, Cantina chicken burritos maybe a teaspoon of meat if you’re lucky. The cashiers have always been polite so I’ll give them 3 stars, but the food sucks.
