I drive so far out of my way just to go to this taco bell. The food is ALWAYS good and fresh tasting. I hope they never stop doing what they're doing because so far it's the only taco bell worth the money in this city. They always restore my faith in taco bell since it seems to just be going downhill the past few years!

The food tastes good but every single time my order gets messed up. This never happens at the Sapulpa location. Got 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos and was charged for 4 cheesy double beef burritos. Didn't notice until I got home.

Horrible costumer service did not great any customers did not ask any questions and just stared at customers until we spoke up gave me a thumbs up only when i finally told them about my online order after waiting ten minutes in line without a word restaurant was dirty windows were smudged counters were disgusting 1/5 will not be buying from this location again

Either this place is understaffed or the employees don't care about their job. All I wanted was a fountain and the girl making food told me I could wait or use the kiosk. If I had hollered for someone to give me my fountain cup so I could fill it up I would've been waiting the same amount of time as if I ordered 3 combo meals from the menu. This place needs process improvement over everything else. Get it together people.

I don’t normally eat at Taco Bell but I walked up to the kiosk and ordered a customizable experience for me my kiddo. The food was surprisingly very good, chips fresh my burrito was as close as I could get to a beef meximelt that has been gone from their menu for years. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The drink station and condiments were all well cared for and this restaurant was very, very clean. All I needed was a meximelt. Kudos to the Manager and staff they got this one right!!!!Dietary restrictions: Shows on the menu allergy interactionsKid-friendliness: My daughter was able to choose food on her own with easy pictures and -/+ options

Used the app to order from the location near 51st and Union and even though my end order showed that address it placed the order over to Riverside. If I had wanted to drive that far I wouldn't have placed the order with the ine closest to me at the time. Fix your app so that the address shown you are placing the order with is where the order is actually placed. Won't ever be using the app again if I ever go to another taco bell.
