This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Their online ordering is turned off every time I try to order. The staff is rude and I'm not kidding when I say my grilled steak burrito was half the normal size. I ate it in 5 bites. Go to the one on 11th street. They never disappoint.

This location is criminally understaffed, it’s quicker to go to the Mexican restaurant down the road for lunch if you’re in a hurry. They tend to cheap out on meat also, I received a Crunchwrap last month that had not even a spoonful of beef in it, so stay away from those.

I ordered through the app. When I went to pick up my food, I was told that they were out of stuff and could only partly fill my order and told me to ask for a refund through the app. I did and still no word from them on my refund. Guess I'll be going to Taco Beuno from now on!!

Staff is unbelievably rude and helpful with absolutely nothing but confrontation. Last time I'll be stopping at this location. "Manager" Brianna loves to argue. Not to mention you can stand FOREVER at the counter and they act like they can't see you.

Old lady at 21st and Yale taco bell, had the audacity, to not only scratch her butt, while she worked at the drive thru, but the. Proceeded to act like it wasn't a big deal

I never give public bad reviews but this is an exception, 4 separate times I've ordered via DoorDash from this location and have had SEVERAL missing items. Instructions ignored every single time. The other 2 locations available on DoorDash and uber eats haven't messed up an order of mine ONCE out of DOZENS of orders. How can the standard at a brand new location be so, so low? Save yourself the hassle and issues and don't come to this one. It is clear this location cannot properly fulfill an order.

What’s the point of having a mobile pick up lane/intercom if it doesn’t speed anything up, you’ll still have to wait for your food while people order ahead of you in line even when your food is ready and paid for through the mobile app

Just trying to wave at them and say hello to get their attention and when that doesn't work I let out a big sigh and I get hit with a "CAN I HELP YOU?!" with the most attitude. Tell me my food that I ordered in app will be 5 minutes, makes me wait 30 minutes, because I can't just get a refund online.

The manager or corporate needs to figure the taxes they are charging $0.03 over what normal taxes are. Times that 100 people in a day 7 days a week. Do better Taco Bell
