This location is criminally understaffed, it’s quicker to go to the Mexican restaurant down the road for lunch if you’re in a hurry. They tend to cheap out on meat also, I received a Crunchwrap last month that had not even a spoonful of beef in it, so stay away from those.
11 mins from checking in at the speaker box to receiving food. All the food was accounted for, and it was all prepared correctly even though I had several substitutions. It had warmth, people! They didn't include any napkins or sauce they didn't ask, but I wasn't hurt over it.
Decided to visit this brand-new Taco Bell recently. I’ve eaten here a few times since, and it’s consistently good quality. The place is clean, and the staff is friendly and seem to be well-trained. That being said, there is no staff at the front counter to take your order. There are only touch screens for you to place your own order and submit payment.
