We partake in the Taco Bell every few weeks, usually at night when nothing else is open and we aren't trying to spend 45 minutes in the drivethru at Wburger next door. 3 people ordering in the car can be obnoxious but the person taking our order was patient. They give their honest opinion on a new item and that was appreciated. Everything was in the bag this trip (which is about 50-50). Service in the drive thru line is almost always decent to great. I get the black bean chalupa supreme, cheesy roll up, and fiesta potatoes no sour cream (I cannot eat their meat). Everything was fine about mine. I also love the cinnabon delights!
They didn’t have cheesy potatoes for the longest time. I ordered them when I saw they were back and I get served old potatoes that are so hard they have a crunch like a chip. Get it together! Nobody wants to pay what you’re charging for old food.

Update January 24th 2025 They don't serve breakfast anymore and they don't open till 9:00 even though the box out front will welcome you and ask if you ordered on the app but they won't come to the window or anything you'll be sitting there wondering what's wrong they lost the star for this when the girl finally came to the window 10 minutes after 9:00 she really didn't have a very good explanation I asked him if they were short-handed she said no just that they don't serve breakfast anymore and that's fine but they need to put signs up they also need to have that device that you order through not welcome you others were in line with me and they were very frustrated people I called corporate office and I'll see if they call me back
Clean location! Great hot fresh Mexican pizza and grilled cheese burrito. Staff ok. Could be friendlier Return visit 10 31. Grilled cheese, burrito meal was almost 20 bucks for 2 #10 meals. Burrito is 90% rice with spicy cheese sauce. Extremely disappointed!! Taste like everything else.

I had a very pleasant experience today, on Christmas Eve, I might I add. The food was quick and accurate. Sam at the drive-through window was very polite. Great job to a great team!
