Went through the drive-thru whenever I got my food I asked for sauce packets and they said that it's in the bottom of the bag... I get all the way back to where I was and there is no sauce or napkins.
2nd time at this location to forget my sauce and napkins.. who eats Taco Bell plain with no sauce.....Do better

Can order 10 mins ahead, food won’t be ready, and they’ll forget numerous items… I go once a week I’m currently 1/6 this year on getting my complete order. Most of the time I remember to check and get my items they miss. Was late today and didn’t think to check. Ridiculous. Then you get given a coupon for less than your items cost. What a joke.

I live only 1 mile away and I got home to a falling apart crunchy tacos after waiting 15 mins in the drive thru to get my food I will go to the taco bell that's 2 mins away now

Here for a tournament got into town late so we just got a party pack. Ask for extra hot sauce didn't get it. Get back to our hotel to eat and the tacos aren't even half a taco all lettuce. So I go back to get refund which they did but the little cashier Johnnie Z wants get an attitude cause I'm asking for refund. He could careless that the tacos weren't up to par.

I’ve had very good experiences with certain employees - they’ve offered free items when they were out of stock of something else. I’ve had bad experiences as well. It’s 50/50. They’re almost always out of something
But I try to give them grace having been in the service industry. Often, they’re out of potatoes, their fryer is broken, or they get the order wrong. This last time I was over, they only filled my drink halfway and the Mexican pizza was slop. I’ve met great employees at this location, and it’s a shame that others who obviously don’t care about quality of service have been the reason for a sub-par review.

First, couldn't get anyone to come to the counter. After receiving order I asked for a small bag to put a few packs of mild sauce packs in for my customer and the lady was so rude I was beyond words! I will not go back to this taco bell for myself or my family!

This is, by far, the slowest Taco Bell location in Tulsa. It's not even close. Drive thru has a line out to the street, even during non-meal times. Always a 20 minute wait, minimum. Even if I'm the only person in the drive thru, and the restaurant is empty, I can always count on waiting at least 15 minutes. Never a good experience. They need to be more fully staffed. They are always behind.

Pulled up to hear the woman on the speaker tell 2 consecutive cars weather they have a door dash or want to order it will be five minutes and we can not have you sit there. I left. Why do you need an empty drive through it’s 11:26 pm when people go to Taco Bell. Shortage of common sense

They can't pay attention enough to mix up baha blast with a regular mountain dew I called and asked if they were out and they said nah okay?? It'll do it's just annoying do your job I'm a manager at a fast food restaurant... I'm not even mad that they forgot my straw

I'm not sure they even n tried to get my order right. When a place charges extra for certain items such as the cantina chicken items that is what I expect to get. The cashier rang up my order correctly as 2 cantina chicken quesdilla with no jalapeño sauce, 5 piece nuggets and cantina crispy taco. The quesdilla were the normal quesdilla complete with the sauce that I didn't want. The chicken nuggets look like the old fried chicken gizzards at Walmart after a long day under the heat lamp. The taco was a regular taco that looked like it had been gifted to a crew memeber from jack in the box for all their hard work with a dallap of melted cheese on one side.
