Bad service usually but last time I went it was great! There food is just ok. An way to high for what you get. But every place is over priced these days.

I got into town late and decided to swing by since it's close to my hotel. First thing I'm told is that they don't have any tortillas and that they were out of half of the different sodas on their menu.
Ordered the nacho bell grande and when I got back to my hotel this is what they gave me... Everything I ordered was room temperature, I ended up throwing it all away since I had no way of knowing how long it had been sitting out unrefrigerated.
What an absolute joke. There is a Jack in the box nearby, avoid possible food poisoning and go there instead.

I've been to this taco bell a number of times, simply because it's close to me, but they frequently mess up the order whether it's forgetting items, giving incorrect items, or not preparing the items right. The last time we went was the worst time overall, one of the soft tacos literally only had taco meat in it and that was it. They will forget sauces, napkins or items. So have to double check items every single time after getting the bag. Had them forget bel grande nachos that I had ordered once, which are over $5. The item in the picture, is the chicken flatbread, I was disappointed in how much chicken was given and it was a joke. They could have done so much better, and it's not worth the price for how small it is.

Went through the drive-thru whenever I got my food I asked for sauce packets and they said that it's in the bottom of the bag... I get all the way back to where I was and there is no sauce or napkins. 2nd time at this location to forget my sauce and napkins.. who eats Taco Bell plain with no sauce.....Do better

Can order 10 mins ahead, food won’t be ready, and they’ll forget numerous items… I go once a week I’m currently 1/6 this year on getting my complete order. Most of the time I remember to check and get my items they miss. Was late today and didn’t think to check. Ridiculous. Then you get given a coupon for less than your items cost. What a joke.
Came to the counter and was told to order online, so I left. I will not be back.

I live only 1 mile away and I got home to a falling apart crunchy tacos after waiting 15 mins in the drive thru to get my food I will go to the taco bell that's 2 mins away now

Here for a tournament got into town late so we just got a party pack. Ask for extra hot sauce didn't get it. Get back to our hotel to eat and the tacos aren't even half a taco all lettuce. So I go back to get refund which they did but the little cashier Johnnie Z wants get an attitude cause I'm asking for refund. He could careless that the tacos weren't up to par.
