Another ² hours waiting in line after being very rude to us for no reason food delivered cold felt really bad for the recipient

I come to this Taco Bell at least three times a week and they never get my order right more than once about a month it’s pretty simple and the manager and half of the employees are extremely rude. When you tell them you’re missing something or you order it and then they happen to be out. They just stand at the window looking at you, no help food is decent but sloppily thrown together the 71st. Taco Bell is extremely nice great food and way better.

They literally charged me 45 dollars for a darritos locos tacos pack. Wont ever be coming back to this rat infested kitchen. They got foam spray and steel wool in some areas to keep out rats lmao.

Ordered the cinnamon twist for my grandson to eat after pre school. Thank goodness I tasted them first. They tasted like they were fried in month old grease!! Tried to call for 10 minutes to let them know line was busy.

Service is slow, the food tastes alright but is sloppy. My cinnamon twists didn't even have any cinnamon on them. And they forget food often. I was refused a refund on a freeze that I was allowed to order on the app but apparently they didn't have. I wouldn't recommend ordering here.

First of all I waited about a little over 10 minutes because too young employers were smoking in the back or vaping or whatever didn't wash their hands I went and asked right food if it was ready twice I guess they got mad because they were doing only drive-throughs so I end up waiting

Went to this Taco Bell while doordashing on new years 2023 and there was a line of twelve cars. I couldn’t go inside so I tried to call to have the DoorDash order brought out. To my surprise, a flustered girl answered the phone and told us she and one other person are working. Bless their poor hearts. Management should be ashamed for making them go through this on their own. I wanna give 5 stars to the poor staff, and -10 stars to this Taco Bell. How ever much those two workers are paid, it isn’t enough. Hopefully they made it through the terrible rush in one piece.

Good grief! How many times does it take to get correct food that isnt missing/incorrect or soggy!? Apparently more than 3!Roommate went, they were missing 2 soft tacos with meat/cheese only. I went and told them so should have received them, right? Wrong. I also ordered more food, because at that point I might as well eat too. I also order another soft taco with meat and cheese only. Get home and it's missing, along with the 2 that they were supposed to give us from the first order. My nachos were soggy and gross. Tacos also soggy. So I go back and tell them (they also didn't give me my receipt) and they remake the nachos.. They're okay, but chips are stale. The soft taco is wrong AGAIN.. I just told my 6 child to just eat the damn lettuce cause I am not going back a 3rd time.Extremely frustrating. Why is it so complicated to make a taco? I give up. Will never return to that location.

This place can not run a drive thru! They keep cars waiting at the menu board until the car before them have cashed out and gotten their food, then they take your order after you have sat there for 10min waiting then you have to wait even longer for your order to be made!!! Making you wait 20 min or more if there's more than 2 cars in line. Also the girl running the window stops cars from pulling up to the window so she can stop the drive thru time to make themselves look better at their drive thru times. Do better Taco Bell... Bueno looks better and better everyday.

I ordered food to be delivered and It cost me over $30 and I didn’t even get my drinks, didn’t get my sauces, the food was cold and the delivery driver was rude. I am completely upset with this entire interaction. I tried to call multiple times and nobody picked up the phone so I’m just not quite sure what to do at this point.

Got 4 of the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos and not a single 1 had Chipotle sauce. And every one was 90% lettuce and maybe 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Worst taco bell I've ever been
