went through the drive thru and ordered two stackers, the girl over the intercom was already snappy and asked me to pull forward without giving me time to check my order. I pulled up and paid then realized i had been rang up for two double stacked tacos. I understand how she could have easily misheard me so i try waiving at her and wait until she goes to hand me the bag to explain the mix up. She got very defensive and rude and called over the lead/manager..who was also very rude and snatched the bag from my hand and questioned me like I had ordered the wrong items. Anyways they did remake the items for me and i was happy, but both crew members handled the situation awfully and were very rude.

This is now the 3rd time I’ve gotten disgusting old food at this location. It use to always be fresh & amazing food, tonight I ordered bean burritos but the tortillas were hard & crusty & the beans were obviously old. You can definitely tell when they use fresh beans or beans that have been sitting there a while. The time before they used the tiniest spoonful of beans in our burritos. It was pitiful, I also got cheesy fiesta potatoes & there were like 3 pieces of potatoe in it. Just shameful

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If i could request the employees get written up, I would. Maybe (probably) the rudest, most disrespectful group of employees I've ever had the misfortune of witnessing. Spent the entire time we were there LOUDLY making fun of a homeless man, telling him he smelled like "boo boo", and going so far as refusing him the food we purchased for him. To top it off, our order was missing half of its items, and the rest were wrong.. included onions in an order that requested none, missing chalupa, missing a nacho cheese DLT. ROTTEN ATTITUDES, bad at their jobs.

2 people in here , pupils the size of saucers. High outdoor thier minds, not answering the drive through. The owner needs to drug test his employees before they end up putting cleaners in food or get someone super sick.
i order online from this location often and food is good, but the burritos and quesadillas are not folded properly. every time both items are not folded properly and tacos are messy too, it just makes things harder to enjoy :p

I tried to change my order but they wouldn't do it. Then when we got our food home the tacos looked like they had been sitting for awhile, the tortilla on the burrito was torn, and the nacho cheese cups were barely half full. When we tried to call the phone just had a busy signal.
