I placed a doordash order and I had called for hot sauce because they forgot to put hot sauce in the bag. I get my order and when I looked in the bag I was pissed they did it again no hot sauce and when I called they didn’t answer. Who ever works there is worthless and shouldn’t be working there. This place needs to get shut down.

No water cups at this location due to the homeless... I don't see how that's my 4 year olds problem. We dined in & spent $30 just to be told my kids couldn't have water cups. Won't be back.
The shift leader was barefoot. She was in the kitchen area changing shoes not wearing any socks. We should have left then. We came inside to order because we had 3 different orders. They made 2 and forgot the 3rd order. We asked 2 different people about our missing order and got no answers. Finally the shift leader said she would make it. We waited 15 more minutes and still nothing.it was 2 burritos and an order of cinnabons. After another 10 minutes we asked again and she said im making it now. We asked for an extra bag of chips for the first order which had nachos because now 30 minutes later they were soggy and she had an attitude and acted like she didn't want to give us a small bag of chips. It was another employee who handed us a bag. Go somewhere else. It smells like feet in there. The manager was rude and our food was cold by the time we all got home.

Horrible experience. I had two orders, I received one and had to wait twenty minutes for two burritos. A worker was walking barefoot to go put on her work shoes. The girl that was barefoot was so rude and disrespectful. By the time I made it home my food was cold and nasty. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
First ever review of anything. The service was so terrible i had to warn other people. Orders took forever and all the employees don't care about their jobs or getting anything done. If you're reading this save yourself some stress and don't go!!

I have been to all the Taco Bells in Tulsa. Tonight was a disgrace, ordered a chicken quesadilla, some chunks of chicken was hard like plastic, I ordered guacamole and sour cream on it and that didn’t get put on. Also you know how the quesadilla is cut up in like 5 pieces of thick yummy slices? Nope mine felt like a skimmer off version of thin paper, the 4th slice was just tortilla sides and absolutely no meat, cheese or anything.

Horrible.. the pregnant woman at the window thinks she owns the place. She lied about us receiving food when it was clearly their fault and then tried to get slick mouthed. Plus they had no sour cream ...yea right...the so called manager was useless and of no help..poor servicen
