They have machines so you can order yourself but then had an employee order for you. Then that machine didn't have cinnabons on it so I had to order behind the counter like you normally would anyway. Both me and grandma ordered a cantina CHICKEN bowl, got our meal and neither one at chicken in it.. they did fix it but barely put any chicken in it..
Updated Review (04/27/25, 5 Stars): Hubby and I had a taste for some Taco Bell, so we went inside to order. The staff on duty were all friendly. A'Toni checked us out after we completed our order on the kiosk. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I hadn't had the chicken nuggets b4 and asked her for an honest opinion. Because of her description... I HAD to try them, so I ordered a 10 piece nugget combo. Once we got home and had a chance to eat, I would agree...
I the thing I dislike about all the drive through is, they always ask you to pull up front to the door. Why do I even spend my time going through the drive through? 💯👍👽👍
