I come by after I get off work. The guy in the window was very unfriendly ever even spoke to me. I asked for salsa twice yet I got none. The main reason I’m reaching out is because they didn’t even bother to give me a napkin. Just throw my burrito in a bag and don’t even think I might need a napkin? Thanks

Their beef nachos came with just 7 chips! Not sure why they skimp so much compared to every other Taco Bell but it was disappointing to be underserved in such a way!

This happens more times then not. Chicken Cantina Bowl , I paid for extra chicken. There’s 3 tiny pieces for the entire bowl. If I didn’t pay extra I doubt I would have gotten any at all. It’s not a dollar menu item with extra chicken it’s $10 , bogus

The food was cold and the staff are rude. It's also a place without a cashier so you place your own order pay and they hand the food to you.
I ordered a Chzy Gor Crunch w/ easy lettuce recieved absolutely none! My friend ordered something and paid for onions to be added and got 2 measily onions a guy behind us ordered nachos and didn't even get half his order and was told he had to pay extra if he wanted more there was a worker standing in front of the door on the phone when we pulled up then remained on the phone behind the counter just an all around disappointing visit will not be coming to this location again 🙄
Every time I order they get it wrong especially at night time. I doordashed an order tonight and they gave me the complete wrong thing, I ordered a meximelt and they gave me an uncooked cold chalupa and every single got damn time I order salsa through DoorDash THEY DO NOT GIVE IT EVERY EFFING TIME. they are so incompetent and stupid it’s ridiculous

Has to be worse bell out there. Kiosks only. Kiosks covering the register that’s not used.. Place stinks like BO. Bathroom gross. No soap in bathroom. No sauces out at the sauce counter. Ask for fire sauce from the bank and am given mild. Fry oil old and rancid.
