I went in and ordered thru the kiosk. I was charged on my card, but didn't proceed to the kitchen. The Kiosk froze. I went to the counter and asked for help. The manager on duty said that I would need to wait 2/3 days for money to be sent back to my card. I was a bit frustrated because I was hungry, and you could clearly see that the money had been taken off my card. The exact amount. Another lady was working and she was trying to assist me. She was going to go ahead and process my order and have Jennifer fix the mistake on their end. However the manager on duty try to argue with her. The worker actually went ahead and made my food. While I was sitting there eating the worker that fixed my food was taking out the trash, and I thanked her for her assistance because I knew as well as she knew that the manager on duty was not going to help me. It's crazy because Taco Bell is one of my favorite places to eat. I wish I hadn't got the workers name who assisted me because she deserves so much more. she actually made it to where I will go back to the Taco Bell again.Vegetarian options: Black Beans on anything are amazing

Missing food, no sauces and my gorditas topping was all over the bag. Slow down the fast part doesn’t matter if the order is this messy.

Taco Bell has gone down in quality so much that I just simply won't eat there anymore. This location now only has computer screens to order so nobody greets you, nobody helps, it just feels cold and mechanical. I ordered something to go and there were no napkins, no silverware, no straw. The food tastes like metal now and the mexican pizza used to be my favorite and not it all tastes like the lowest quality meat. Their prices have gotten way too high for the lowest quality food and service.

I gave my name thru the drive thru for pickup order and the employee that answered used profanity. I let the manager know and she tried to make excuses saying I heard wrong. Saying she was in the bathroom and she did not hear. I than asked for their names and they refused. I did not pickup my order and was still charged. I'm not buying food from people trolling on the intercom. I can only imagine what other difuction you'll find in the kitchen. Avoid this place.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I ordered cinnamon twist, and they tasted like straight cleaner or chemicals and I decide to call the store and tell them and the manager was very rude and didn't offer to fix it and just told me that it's not cleaner it's just bad Oil. Like it wasn't a big deal? Please train your staff to change the oil and do their job.

We had to pull up and wait 8mins was thinking ok food is going to be fresh but was aweful the chalupa bread was so hard we didn't eat it and the hard shell taco was soggy all the food was not fresh at all.Food was cold and hard and barely any meat or toppings in the chalupas and tacos....

Well I never eat at this location as I live on the lake my son actually wanted this and he’s down the street. I never received my nachos and when I walked in nobody was at the counter. I proceeded to call for hours this happened during lunch today I’m just now leaving Tulsa and still no answer and there’s no way to tell them on the app I ordered it on so check all your food make sure you have it all.

always forget at least one of my items and almost never follows special requests. any item ordered without lettuce comes with only lettuce and nothing else. ordered a cheesy rollup and it came ice cold and looked like this. disappointing that the experience is usually bad because sometimes the food is good.
