What a terrible experience. It was 6:30 p.m., and there was one person cooking and one person taking orders. That person taking orders spent over 10 minutes talking and laughing with someone he knew in the drive-thru while customers waited. The man in front of me said he had already been waiting more than 12 minutes just to place an order. We ended up leaving.

I didn’t come here as a customer—I was picking up an order as a Grubhub driver—but the service was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived, the staff seemed unorganized, and no one acknowledged me for several minutes. Even after I told them I was there for a pickup order, they didn’t start preparing it right away, and the order ended up being very delayed. I actually cancelled it because they stated they never received the order and EVERYONE that was there was so RUDE.
I understand rushes happen (however there were only 3 customers in line including ME), but communication and basic courtesy go a long way. This experience made it very difficult to do my job, and I hope the store improves its service for both customers and delivery drivers.

Our order was made wrong. Corrected np. Food was meh. No salsa or pico at the bar. Asked & they said it was 45 minutes until closing so did not put more out. The store was dirty. Will not go back.

Always been a Bueno fan! This location is the best! Hands down best crew and manager. They always go above and beyond to make my food awesome, fast and friendly. They have a few hiccups as most businesses do. But with a smile they persevere and still make your experience a good one. Shout to the manager who is my fave to see! Thank you for making my lunchtime a pleasant one.

Food was good and was made quickly but when I asked for the key to the bathroom they act like I'm asking for a heart transplant smh, it's 4:00 in the afternoon and having bathroom doors locked is weird.

Delivery rocked. Food sucked. Chilada platter: a scant sprinkling of old tasing beef wrapped in raw tasting tortillas. Refried beans tasted burnt & were watered down. Rice would have been ok except for the entire meal being overdosed with salt. Hadn't eaten Taco Bueno in years & was looking forward to it based on memory so was extremely disappointed. Queso & chips: queso was thin as if watered down & was extremely salty. The chips tasted as if they were refried. They Were overly crunchy & oily tasting. This is not the Taco Bueno that I remembered from years past. I will not be wasting my money on them in the future.

90% of the time an item is missing from the order. Tonight I had to return because 2 items were missing. Let them know what was missing (had to repeat it 3 times) and they repeated it back. They then gave me a bag with only 1 of the items in it. Not going to be returning to this location again. Incompetent and careless, horrible experience not worth my money.
