I used to come here all the time but the new owners and employees are completely rude. They said they were going to "overhaul" and bring back the "quality" Taco bueno. This did not happen. They made it worse in every way. Will not be going back.

The computers kept updating, I had to wait in the drive thru until they got the next order ready after they gave me my food to get my drink. They almost handed me the next persons foodThe chips were far worse than stale the smelled like burned plastic & my coworker called them rancid I will never go back

Almost got the order wrong. Rice was bland. Practically no lettuce. Ordered through Door Dash, went through drive-thru. Gave our name, told to drive around. Third in drive thru line and waited 20 minutes. Then we were told to come inside for Door Dash. I hate that, I'm handicapped. Sent someone else in. Longer line of cranky customers waiting WAY too long for a mediocre order.Unfortunately the City is also doing road construction right around there. Not Bueno's fault but does add to the irritation.

First Time BackTaco Bueno seemed to really suffer from the pandemic. It got so bad I quit going.Fast forward to today (2-9-24). I decided to give them another try, and things were better. The place was clean, the salsa bar was open, the staff was nice, and the food was good.If you were a Bueno Head before the pandemic, it might be time to give this one at 46th and Peoria another try.Picture is of a Whole Lotta Platter.

Sandy and the other ladies working at this location are such great hard workers! These ladies deserve a raise. This location is extremely clean and received wonderful service.
Didn’t catch the cashiers name, but we came in at 9pm on 1/31/24 and the cashier had the best customer service I have seen in fast food in years, we ordered a whole lotta box and she moved one of the smaller tables by our booth so the box could set on a separate table. And it was a super clean facility inside and out. Will definitely be back

Whoever is working today (12/31 around 5:25pm) is amazing. Both women were very nice and the food was the best I’ve ever had at any bueno! These ladies need raises!
