I ran through the drive-through for lunch today. This is the only time I've been to this Bueno and will remain the only time. I got to the window and was charged for the wrong order. It's no big deal. I'm on lunch break kinda in a rush. Get down the road. They got my correct order, but I specifically asked for no cheese. Everything was covered in cheese only. Call them to ask for a refund. I now have to drive all the way across town to get my 11 bucks back. I'll eat gas station burritos before I go back.

No exterior lights whatsoever on the store including the menu board. If you didn't know it was there you wouldn't see it. The tacos had virtually no meat in them whatsoever though the shells were fresh. Then menu does not reflect the price you are charged. Very disappointed overall. How is it someone who works at a Taco place can't even make a taco. All that's in mine is cheese for $9?

Most times I come here it's a 10 but these recent times food has been a little bit dry but nothing bad.
The manager said she's been there since 1998. I believe her! The place was clean. The food was fast. It was amazing and she had the best attitude! Very awesome for first time trying this franchise. P.s. I am the ripple effect.

Only placed 3 stars to keep my comment public. THE EMPLOYEES HERE TODAY ARE RUDE!!! I was here around 2:05-2:10pm today, Dec 7, 2023 and they stood there taking and making drive thru orders and saw me standing there. The girl made an order and took it to a guy in the restaurant waiting, and didn't even look at me. There were 2 on the line and one in the back. As.soon as they saw me looking at them, they turned away and started talkingI stood, waiting and waiting for someone to simply take my order!!! They are so very rude and disrespectful!! You may not like your job, but that's no excuse to mistreat people and lack customer service skills. At least people skills. They had nothing! I walked out!! Got my daughter and left! As I left, they looked at me, and said nothing. I made it clear that I was upset and leaving, yet they did nothing!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!! GO ACROSS THE STREET TO ARBYS OR NEXT DOOR TO WAFFLE HOUSE! NEVER THIS TACO BUENO AGAIN!!
