What's going on with Bueno? All the food is bland, the queso is like water, tea spoiled, several drinks out of order. To top it all off had to sit and listen to music about HOES, wth. No customer service. Won't be back here

This location is hit or miss and I usually travel to the one a mile or two north on Peoria. Food is decent but often is missing a component (sour cream, tomatoes, etc) without any heads up - if I ask for extras of these, there's an additional charge, but when they leave them off for whatever reason I don't get a discount.
This is the best Bueno around, food was amazing, employees were fantastic. Thank you!

The ladies in here the day I went, were very friendly & although there was only 3 of them, they handled everything and was able to keep the storefront nice & clean. Will be returning!!

Sat at the drive thru speaker for 8 min with no acknowledgement. The way the restaurant looked on the outside with overgrown grass/weeds and dead bushes we thought maybe it shut down so we drove to the window to see if it had closed. When we got to the window we could see an employee waving his hands like he was very angry that we came to the window, when he opened the window he very rudely said “I was helping a customer”. I told him we had sat back there for 8 min with no acknowledgment so we just thought maybe they weren’t open and was trying to make sure so we didn’t continue to sit. He was so hatful and repeated in that he was helping another customer while he shook his head and rolled his eyes. How about do what ALL other fast food restaurants do and at least acknowledge that you’ll be right with them… I honestly couldn’t believe how big of a jerk he was. They need to clean this restaurant up starting with the employees.

I’ve been going to this taco bueno for years now, and it is a far cry from what it used to be. My order is always correct, the employees seem happier so their attitudes have improved (actually the whole staff seems completely new from who was there a few years ago)
I placed a pickup on the taco bueno website, which I’ve never done and had no clue how it worked, showed up or was managed in store. I went through the drive thru a bit before my pickup time to check, was told it hadn’t popped up yet and that if I wanted to I could pull in front and come inside.
I said unfortunately I can’t because I have an infant, but no worries! I was perfectly happy to wait until the listed pickup time and drive back through. I go back through and the pickup had JUST popped up, so I told them I’d be fine to go around again so they can have time to make it.
The employees were incredibly kind and brought it to my car instead, saying that they’ve got kids and they understood completely.
A+++ guys!!! I didn’t at all expect that kind gesture and after the rough week I’ve had that small thing made my day

I love Taco Bueno but you usually don't always get the best service since it is fast food. I recently visited this location twice and both times I went through the drive-thru and was greeted by two different men both times... BOTH were the nicest people and so kind, courteous, and professional. They are making the drive-thru experience a very pleasant one. Well done men. The food was great for Taco Bueno... gave it 3 stars since I am comparing it to other restaurants. It is high quality for fast food and Taco Bueno.
Haven't stopped into Taco Bueno for 12 years. Ordered corn shell tacos, very good meal, not greasy whatsoever!!!!

Very bad service, the people who serve show a very bad appearance in cleaning, even they themselves do not use gloves.
This restaurant puts plenty of food on your items not like the other one's.
Best taco bueno in Tulsa, foods always awesome and so is the customer service. Muchaco's , must try.
