Me and my coworkers go to this bueno probably once a week and we always tell them extra pico and salsa. They never give extra. They regularly forget part of our meal as well and we have to go back which is a hassle. We love bueno but it's frustrating having to stop in the parking lot or hold up the window line to double check bags every time we go.

Looked up the best bueno in the area & came from out of town. The food was dry & tasted off. Regular soft tacos had just a bit of beef & cheese then literally 2 tiny pieces of lettuce (see photo). I think they got best & worst mixed up. Waste of money.

I do not believe how fresh my food has been EVERY TIME I've gone to this place! AND..... they have not messed up an order yet!!! Only been back in Oklahoma for less than a month now so I guess give them time hahaha... seriously very good. (Been here 4 times since I've been back, God I missed BUENO)

The employees there give the attitude that they are annoyed by having to assist you. I noticed it the most in the looks they shot me when they weren't just ignoring me all together. Unfortunately it is very much like that every rime.i go there but the food is bomb

The building is extremely outdated and needs remodeling ASAP!! the exterior is dirty and the inside is also dirty and dated.. The food Quality has gone down hill exponentially. The queso Idk what it is but it's not cheese. It's slimy and runny. The staff is very friendly and the cleanest thing about this location.

I did not get what I ordered. I got home and was disappointed to see I got the wrong platter, without sour cream. I ordered extra chili sauce and queso, which I paid for and did not receive. I have tried to call, but the line was busy.
