Very dirty lobby. Water leak stains, lobby has a mold smell. Front register person takes forever to come up from the kitchen, assuming to under staffed. Went and won't be back to this location again.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 3 taco meal and beef nacho salad. I specifically told them to make sure the tacos and the nachos were full and actually have meat....they did not. My tacos had absolutely no meat in them! I am so sick of Bueno being so famn skimpy on the meat at the price you charge! And of course I called and noone EVER answers their phone at any bueno.

I have been to all of the Tulsa locations, & this one has to be my favorite!! They seem to be the friendliest, great attention to detail, & quick!! I usually go thru the drive thru and have dine inside once. Have had nothing but the best services here!! I do miss the Big Freakin' Taco's though 🙃

i ordered mexidips and chips and received nachos with some form of bodily fluid on them, either semen or spit not sure which. when i went inside to complain the lady in the front threw out the nachos to avoid getting in legal trouble. don’t go here unless you like having strangers potentially putting mystery stuff from their bodies in your food

WHY WHY WHY CAN YOU GUYS NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO ADD SALSA TO PEOPLES BAGS! Do you guys eat your Mexican food - tex mex fast food at that, without salsa? No. Because who would do that? Its literally the MOST annoying thing and it happens damn near every time. I even specially added it so it didn't get forgotten. Soooooo annoying.

Me and my coworkers go to this bueno probably once a week and we always tell them extra pico and salsa. They never give extra. They regularly forget part of our meal as well and we have to go back which is a hassle. We love bueno but it's frustrating having to stop in the parking lot or hold up the window line to double check bags every time we go.

Looked up the best bueno in the area & came from out of town. The food was dry & tasted off. Regular soft tacos had just a bit of beef & cheese then literally 2 tiny pieces of lettuce (see photo). I think they got best & worst mixed up. Waste of money.
