I love Taco Bueno but the one on 68th/Memorial is terrible. Several times I’ve waited a while for my food to only get oiled up smelly chips I end up throwing away, cold queso, stale tortillas and small portions. This isn’t just one trip this is at least 3-4 times over a course of a few months thinking maybe it’ll get better since it’s close to me, I’d rather go to another location that’s further away now which is sad. On one occasion it was closed completely and it wasn’t even 10pm yet? This location needs to get it together, it’s making one of my fav fast food joints look bad.

It seems like this location catches a lot of heat so I wanted to make sure to drop a good review. The gentleman working drive through last night was so kind and courteous and made sure my food was made fresh and done right. I highly recommend he gets a raise because he’s apparently the only good thing going for this location.

Horrible service. We ordered 6 tacos and they only gave us 5. After checking we noticed they had not given us the receipt so we could not prove it. We went back through the drive thru and the staff were extremely rude. I do not recommend this place at all.

It took forever to get our food, when we received it, it didn't taste good and was cold. We asked for our money back and the manager made no effort to apologize for poor service or offer any type of compensation, but passively refunded our money.

Google says this location closes at at midnight but I come by at 11:30 and it’s closed. I just want my burritos. Not cool.

Sometimes great service and other times I have sat for minutea in drive through waiting to order. This location is very dark at night and dirty on the outside. Its hard to tell if they are open if you dont know the hours.

This Bueno location is the absolute worst. It makes me sad how the quality has gone down. The problem at this place is the horrible service. No one was at the counter. It took a long time for anyone to show up to take my order. The (manager?) Alma (that is the name they gave me for her) was amazingly rude and antisocial. I don't see how someone like that stays employed. Oh wait, yes I do. Lack of oversight by corporate. They just don't care anymore. I ordered a chicken B.O.B. and used the $1.99 Any Burrito coupon. She informed me that the chicken one was not covered, only the beef. I told her that is not what the coupon says. (see picture) She insisted it had to be beef, so I got beef. Then I asked if it could be grilled, where they press it to sear the outside. She said no, they can not. They do at every other location. Then I asked if I could have a bigger water cup. She irritably said "No. That's what you get" and walked off. She spent the rest of the time talking with someone back in the office. I never saw her again. Then I went to the salsa bar. No napkins. 2 salsa cups. No lids. (see pic) I had to go back up to ask for napkins while my order cooled. Eventually someone saw me and handed me a few. No one ever came out to refill the dispensers the whole time I was there. You might think "Well, they were too busy.". Nope. It was 12:20 and the place was a ghost town. (see picture) That should have tipped me off. When I was done, I went to the bathroom. I have seen cleaner gas station restrooms. It was awful. I took these pictures and left (see pictures). The parking lot was a disaster. Huge potholes. (see pic) They apparently applied a new coat of paint trying to polish this turd, but left the inside lousy. You would think with all these bad reviews, the company would take notice and do something. Nope. They don't care if everyone goes elsewhere and they lose business. I prefer Bueno, but I know I have had enough myself. This location is right in the busiest part of town. This should be their flagship store. Instead, they just let it go to hell. How do you all stay in business? On the plus side, the burrito was pretty good. I have to say something positive!

I'll give it a 2 because the staff was nice. The food, however was nasty. My muchaco was crunchy, the beans were black, but the put chili sauce on it to hide the dryness. I was very upset and shocked that they presented the food in such manner.
