Friendly service reads back the order but doesn’t check the bag to see if the food prep people actually put it in the bag. Happens a lot at this location. Now I drive 14 miles instead of 2 miles if I want Bueno. At least the other location never failed me as this place has so many times. And there sign is turned on once in a blue moon if at all. You would never know it was there unless you lived here and knew it.

Messed up our order simply four bean and cheese burritos 2 extra cheese 2 extra chili sauce and neither were right and then when you call to complain it’s like they have the phone off hook so they don’t have to answer I paid extra for that and didn’t even get it. worst taco bueno in Tulsa very crappy service how hard is it to read an order and make it right obviously need new cooks it’s pathetic honestly need to fire everybody there it’s pretty hard to mess up a bean and cheese burritos yet they excelled in doing so congrats

This Taco Bueno is really doing great with everything I ordered. Food was really really good. Everything was fresh & made the way it's supposed to be. This spot is one of the original locations since the 70s. The management & workers here that is doing the food is one of the best I've tasted. I come here quite frequently

31st and Mingo drive-thru server tried to give me someone else's drink to start off. Ordered a platter meal asked for 3 salsa's received 1. Beans were hard and very dark had to trash.

I go through the drive thru usually during lunch....I get the nachos for my mom and a chicken big 'ol burrito....almost 15$....I know things are getting expensive but wow....I do love their salsa

It was recommend from the Delta Dining App. I pulled up and thought, uggh, but the food was good and a lot of bag for the buck. The Salsa bar was spicey just how I like it too!

Some genius at corporate decided to save money on not using boxes for tostadas, but clearly they’ve never eaten one because if you look at how it is packaged now you can see that doesn’t work
